Poor coordination from the agency. No instructions shared nor contact initiated at the meeting point and unable to find the tour guide. Missed the tour at the end. No refund provided and was offered to take the tour another day which is not possible considering I’ll only be in the city for a day.
Katy was a very knowledgeable guide and her English was excellent. Very great history lesson of Chile. Had a good time.

We had a fantastic day exploring Santiago with Katy. She was friendly, knowledgeable and very passionate about the city. She showed us the main highlights while also sharing stories and insights that we would never have discovered on our own. Katy was very attentive, happy to answer all our questions, and made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable. Very nice tour, which passes through several important points of Santiago. I had already made such a tour with another company and didn't go through every place I just went. Our guide, Claudio, knew a lot about the history of Chile and was able to explain it lightly and relaxedly.
