We had an amazing experience on this private Teotihuacan tour! Our group of five was picked up at the designated meeting location right on time by our driver and guide, who were both incredibly welcoming and friendly. Before arriving at the pyramids, we made a convenient stop for coffee and snacks. During the drive, our guide shared fascinating information about Teotihuacan and its history, making the journey just as enjoyable as the destination. Once we arrived, our guide stayed with us the entire time, answered every question we had, and provided detailed historical and cultural insights that really brought the site to life. It felt like we learned so much more than we would have exploring on our own. After the tour, we enjoyed a delicious authentic Mexican meal at a local restaurant. We then stopped to learn about the agave plant, where a knowledgeable young presenter demonstrated how ancient civilizations used agave for tools, clothing, rope, food, and many other everyday necessities. It was fascinating to see how such a single plant played such an important role in their daily lives. We tasted a few tequilas shots too!! Everything was well organized, we never felt rushed, and we returned to Mexico City on time with plenty of the afternoon and evening left to enjoy. This tour was informative, enjoyable, and well worth it. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable visit to Teotihuacan!

I took this tour with Dina, and I am extremely satisfied with all the knowledge shared, her positive energy, and her love for what she does. The car was new and very comfortable. He took me to eat at a very nice restaurant. Total professionalism. It was as if I had read a book about the history of Teotihuacán, but in a completely interactive way.

Every area, every pyramid, and every detail was explained in detail and in an understandable manner. We always had enough time to calmly look at everything, ask questions, and enjoy the special atmosphere of this historical place. We highly recommend the private tour to everyone. The great advantage is that one can experience everything at their own pace and receive much more information than in a large group tour. Before the tour, we already had some basic knowledge about the Mayans, Aztecs, and Teotihuacán. Great communication prior to trip; they accommodated my hotel pickup. Our guide, Frank, was very knowledgeable and willing to go at our pace. We did not opt to visit the obsidian factory after the pyramids, so my only feedback is that I wish there was another option to stop somewhere on the way back—perhaps to the Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe.

Thank you for your comment, we have an other tours where we have the option with Basilica de Guadalupe, and in the itinerary we explain that we stop in the workshop, is a breve explication about the obsidian and the textile and colors in the region and it doesn’t takes more than 20 min. Our our tour guide drove us to the site and took us through it from end to end. He pretty much let us set our own pace and he answered all of our questions, thoroughly and patiently. He has studied a lot about archaeology is very knowledgeable, so he helped make the experience truly fascinating. He is also a very nice fellow, easy-going, accommodating,and patient, and he spoke English really well. I want to add that the touring company itself was exceptionally easy to work with. Our main contact, Mariana, proved to be a very kind, helpful, and responsive person.
Great tour of the Teotihuacan complex. We were picked up at our house in Roma and transferred to and from with a private shuttle. The tour guide, Jeraldo, was very knowledgeable and friendly. He gave us a great overview of all the historical sites and relevant context. Trip was from 7AM to about 1230PM, and we got lucky to miss traffic and the crowds by getting there early. Definitely would recommend some level of physical fitness if you plan to climb the pyramids and walk the entire complex.
