We had an excellent experience with this Tour company. There was a bit of a mixup during the pick up when other tourists actually boarded instead of us, however we communicated with the through Whatsapp and they came back to get us and drop off the other people. We still arrived with plenty of time to their offices where they served us coffee, tea, water, and cookies. The van was very comfortable and in good condition. The offices were also well maintained and on a second story so we could get a nice view from the balcony of the balloons that were being filled with air. There were 4 bathrooms and those were clean, with toilet paper, soap and water but missing toilet seats!!! The trip itself was a lot of fun. It was beautiful to see the views from the air and the pyramids. After that we came back their offices to view the video that they took of us with drones and some photographs. The trip also includes a visit to the pyramids and the admission fee is included in the tour. I was concerned that it might be cold, but you actually are quite warm in the balloon because of the heat fromthe gas that powers the balloon. So a jacket was enough. The office had lockers with keys where i left my backpack and extra layers. Our balloon was very new as well as all of the equipment. I was very happy about that because my brother who did a previous trip with another company told me to make sure that the equipment looked in good condition before boarding. My only recommendations for improvement would be to add toilet seats to the toilets.
Really nice tour ! Pickup was easy, we arrived for the sunset. The experience was really amazing and breathtaking! The pilot and all the staff were really professional and helpful. I would book it again :)

A simply unforgettable experience. Flying in a hot air balloon over the pyramids of Teotihuacán at sunrise was, without a doubt, one of the most special moments I have experienced. The view is spectacular: observing the Pyramid of the Sun, the Pyramid of the Moon, and the Avenue of the Dead from the air is something that no photograph can fully convey. The entire tour was very well organized, the staff was friendly, professional, and inspired a lot of confidence at all times. The flight was calm, safe, and allowed us to enjoy the landscape in peace while the sun rose, creating a magical atmosphere. It is an experience that is totally worth it and that I would recommend to anyone visiting Mexico City or Teotihuacán. Without a doubt, a unique activity that leaves memories for a lifetime.

Experiencing this with my family made it even more special. Watching the sunrise while flying over Teotihuacan was hard to describe: tranquility, incredible landscapes, and a unique perspective of such an iconic place. Captain Alex Pérez made us feel safe and well taken care of at all times, and he also shared very interesting facts during the flight. Without a doubt, it is an experience that I will remember for many years and that is completely worth living.
Flying in a hot air balloon was an experience difficult to compare with any other. From takeoff, the sensation is much smoother than I imagined, almost imperceptible. Little by little you begin to rise and the landscape transforms completely, offering an impressive panoramic view. What is most surprising is the silence. Except for the occasional sound of the burners, everything feels calm and relaxing, which allows you to enjoy the moment and appreciate the surroundings from a unique perspective. Watching the sunrise from the air, with the light illuminating the landscape, makes the experience even more special. The staff was professional, conveyed safety throughout the tour, and explained each stage of the flight clearly. Without a doubt, it is an activity worth experiencing at least once. It is ideal for those looking for a different, memorable experience with spectacular views. Because, apparently, humans decided that walking on the ground was no longer enough and we had to float silently above it. In this case, the idea turned out to be quite right.

Communication was excellent, driver picked us up on time and ballon pilot was phenomenal. Everything was very organized. This was our first time flying and they made it very comfortable and assuring, If your in Mexico City and want to have an amazing experience I will strongly recommend them.
