Din Sunset & Stargazing Safari börjar med en bekväm, klimatkontrollerad busshämtning från en av våra praktiska hotelluppsamlingsplatser över södra Teneriffa. Din destination är Restaurante 7 Cañadas i La Orotava. Det ligger högt i hjärtat av Teide nationalpark på 2 130 meter över havet, det är mer än en restaurang - det är din port till stjärnorna. Njut av en utsökt kanarisk middag med drinkar medan du njuter av panoramautsikt över vidsträckta vulkaniska slätter, skulpterade lavafält och de dramatiska konturerna av Teneriffas mest ikoniska landskap.
Efter middagen börjar himlen sin lugna förvandling. Njut av romantiken i en solnedgång ovanför molnens hav. Höj ett glas kyld cava (eller apelsinjuice) när himlen antänds av färg och solen smälter in i skuggan av berget Teide - Spaniens högsta topp på 3 718 meter - dess silhuett både kraftfull och lugn mot det tynande ljuset.
När skymningen fördjupas, förbered dig på att kliva utöver det vanliga och in i det extraordinära. Under några av de klaraste natthimlarna på jorden tar våra flerspråkiga guider dig med på en stjärnskådnings- och astrofotografiresa genom tid och rum. I did this trip 20 years ago and it was great so I had to do it again. This company is just AWESOME!! Lee collected us from our hotel and he was very friendly and explained how long the drive would be. He gave a great tour on the way explaining what we were seeing. We arrived at the venue for a nice Spanish meal (kids get chicken nuggets) and ice-cream. The restaurant do really well as they are obviously on a timescale before the sun goes down too much. After dinner you have the choice to watch the sunset from the restaurant terrace or follow a guide onto the lava field. The sunset is beautiful and very cool to see it from the lava field. It's then back to the restaurant terrace for the main event - stargazing! Wow! There is some waiting time for it to go completely dark but there are stars appearing all the time. During the evening Keiran's talk is entertaining and informative and Craig is really helpful with information while you look through the telescopes. What is also fantastic is that they take pictures of you with the stars that you cannot take yourself (dont be that person who tries to use a flash which won't work and ruins the dark for everyone else) and the DO NOT charge extra for these like all the other trips this week. The kids were like why do we have to go up mountain? By the end they were saying how cool it was. Talking of cool, they also have a big bag of puffa jackets available because it is significantly cooler at the top of the mountain than in resort. Well done Night Skies for a fabulous trip 5 stars is not enough, there is nothing I could fault 👏👏👏

We had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Our pickup location changed, but this wasn't an issue at all as the communication was excellent. The new pickup point was only around a 5-minute walk away, and we were sent really clear and helpful directions to find it. Craig, our guide on the coach, was brilliant. His talk was incredibly informative and genuinely eye-opening, with so many fascinating facts and stories about Tenerife that we hadn't heard before. I won't give any spoilers, but we learned a lot! The food at the restaurant was okay — nothing particularly special — but, to be fair, we weren't expecting fine dining halfway up a volcano! It did the job and certainly didn't take anything away from the overall experience. The stargazing itself was absolutely amazing. The guides really know their stuff and explain everything incredibly well, and some of the things you get to see are genuinely mind-blowing. The only slight frustration was the occasional vehicle lights in the car park while you're trying to let your eyes adjust properly to the darkness. A small walled or screened-off viewing area to block the few surrounding lights would make it even better, although being in a National Park, I can imagine that isn't something that's particularly easy to arrange! That small point aside, the whole experience was fantastic and we will definitely be back to do the tour again — it was that good. We honestly can't recommend it enough. If you already enjoy stargazing, or even if you simply find yourself looking up at the night sky and wondering what's actually up there, do this tour. These guys are incredibly knowledgeable and make the whole experience fascinating, enjoyable and memorable. We'll definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
This trip is an absolute amazing experience!!! From the bus trip up to the top of the Island with many awesome views to viewing the night sky from telescopes. Great trip for adults and children. Extremely professional staff!!
A truly indescribable experience. Very organized and helpful staff. Learning and seeing the stars was truly unique. You do get back very late which was hard so I would keep the next morning free to sleep in!
Brilliant tour, would highly recommend to anyone going to Tenerife. The price you pay included pickup/drop off, dinner & photos all included. The drive up to the location was breathtaking going through the lava fields, getting to watch the sunset was special & having it sent to you after from a time lapse was brilliant. Then night set in & seeing all the starts, milkyway was amazing & also got to see the brightest shooting star I have ever seen, staff were very knowledgeable and had a real passion for their jobs which is always nice to see! Again a must do if visiting Tenerife. Thank you again Kieran & team we will certainly be booking again when we next visit!
This was a brilliant experience for our family. Craig was really helpful and told us so much as we travelled around and had our meal and watched the sunset. Kieran led the stargazing and was incredibly knowledgeable. Would highly recommend to anyone.
Well worth every penny, restaurant food was delicious, Craig was great as a guide and both the sunset and stargazing was phenomenal. All staff knowledgable and polite and friendly. Will definitely return and would definitely recommend.
It was so well organised and made us feel so welcome, from pickup to drop-off. The knowledge of Tenerife, the Volcano and the amazing solar system was outstanding. I know more now than I did before. The food was good, the drinks were really nice and the hot chocolate was very welcomed. I would recommend this as a must during your visit.
