This is a terrible service. I tried to book this company for my ride back to the airport. They communicate very slowly and hours after booking. I tried to cancel the service, the cancellation policy requires the customer to eat the 100 percent of the charge

David was recommended to us by a lady at our hotel whom spoke very highly of him, his trustworthiness, and his overall services. We used David for lifts to the beach strip and for a cenote tour. David was an excellent taxi driver and tour guide throughout our trip to Tulum. We were recommended him from another guest we met at our hotel and only wish we used him sooner at the start of the trip. We felt really safe using him and he shared interesting stories about the history in Tulum and we had great conversations. He also helped with arranging our tickets to Atik Tulum park and was very kind and polite. Would recommend his services to anyone and will definitely use him again!
David was the perfect drivet and tour guide. If you are coming to Tulum, think about taking a private tour. You get much information, see beautiful sites. David is very knowlegeable about the area. He was bilingual which was perfect as our Spanish is not very good. He was always punctual. We have used him twice and have not been disappointed. He is good with children too.
