Det som gör den här upplevelsen speciell är dess autenticitet. Du kommer inte att besöka en restaurang, utan komma in i ett genuint sicilianskt hem och uppleva traditionerna, smakerna och gästfriheten hos en sann lokal familj. Du kommer att smaka på ett urval av viner med koppling till områdets historia, inklusive de prestigefyllda etiketterna Tenuta Campo Re och vår familjereservat, tillsammans med två utmärkta extra jungfruoljor producerade på Etna. Lunchen kommer att tillagas med ekologiska och säsongsbetonade ingredienser, mestadels från vår trädgård, enligt recept som gått i arv genom generationer. Mellan berättelser, traditioner och kuriositeter om Etna och Sicilien kommer du att uppleva ett ögonblick av autentisk delning. Bara några minuter från Taormina, bort från folkmassorna, upptäcker du ett genuint Sicilien som man sällan stöter på på traditionella turistvägar.

Upphämtningsplatser och tider
För att göra din upplevelse ännu enklare och mer avkopplande erbjuder vi en personlig transfer direkt från ditt hotell, B&B, lägenhet eller en överenskommen mötesplats. Upphämtning och avlämning från Taormina och omgivande områden finns tillgänglig mot en liten avgift på 28 € per person tur och retur. Vi välkomnar även gäster som bor i Catania, Messina eller anländer med kryssningsfartyg, och erbjuder en dedikerad transfer mot ett litet tillägg på 110 € per bil tur och retur. Resan till vårt hus är redan en del av upplevelsen: längs vägen kan du beundra fantastisk utsikt över den sicilianska kusten och Etna-området och börja fördjupa dig i dagens autentiska atmosfär. We booked a private cooking class with Sicilian Soul Experience to celebrate one of my employee’s birthday, and it turned out to be one of the best team experiences ever. Under the warm guidance of Miss Angela and her incredibly friendly son Gaetano, we learned to make fresh pasta, authentic parmigiana, and a heavenly tiramisù. We laughed nonstop, toasted together, and discovered beautiful Sicilian stories and traditions. It felt like being welcomed into a real Sicilian family. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to create special memories!

My experience was like discovering a secret. I felt the emotion of being in a true sicilian home where beetwen, wine glasses, true receipts shared between generations in a very cosy environment. We had dinner with Angela, Tano and their staff as a true family. Truly reccomended
This experience was the highlight of our 2 week cruise in Europe! The food was out of this world and the hospitality was even better! Angela and her whole family overwhelmed us with delicious food and wine, and made us feel right at home. We all fell in love with Taormina and want to go back and would definitely want to do this again! Her husband, Salvatore, picked us up from the ship and took us on a tour of the city before we went to their home for one of the best meals ever. Definitely worth paying extra for that added service, it was amazing!!!

The best moment was definitely sitting together at the table to enjoy everything we had prepared. The dishes were authentic, delicious, and made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. We had a truly special experience at Angela’s home. It was an evening dedicated to authentic Sicilian flavors, in a warm and welcoming setting. The traditional dishes were prepared with great care, and you could really taste the quality of the ingredients. Each course felt connected to local traditions and the history of the region. The Etna wines we tasted were excellent and perfectly paired with the food. The atmosphere was the highlight: relaxed, genuine and informal. We felt sincerely welcomed throughout the evening. It’s an experience we would happily repeat and definitely recommend to anyone who wants to discover the real Sicily, away from the usual tourist spots.
We made arrangements to have Salvo pick us up at the strain station, which took off the stress of finding a ride to the experience. At the home we were greeted by Angela and their son to their beautiful home. They are a wonderful family that gave us a glimpse of the food that makes Sicily a great place to experience traditional recipes with a modern flair. They welcomed us with open arms and made us feel like were old friends. The Great hospitality and generosity was over the top. They served us a variety of food and each was paired with great wine from the Etna region. You need to go hungry because it’s an overwhelming abundance and variety of food that was shared. This is a must If you are looking for a great experience with amazing food with an equally amazing family.
