Booking made through Viator for 8:30p and no additional pickup information was received nor phone call or texts was sent regarding pick location. Called provider and lady who answered said "no driver and hung up". I text them instead and she said I don't have a booking. I showed proof of my reservation/booking and they still said no reservation. The person then attempted to ask for my flight # and where I was going and phone number to my destination as if they were now making a reservation versus honoring the one I already paid for 8:30p pick up. Even then I was told the address was wrong. I told them that they scammed me and I will file a complaint bc tyhe booking was paid for and I had no driver waiting. They kept saying they have no order. And they are handling it now. It was raining and hot standing outside. She then told us she will cancel my refund because I was impolite for telling them they were scams since they didn't have my order. I requested a refund via viator. Do not book the provider!
You're the one who said we're scammers, you're twisting the facts. We didn't receive your message, that was our fault, and we've already refunded you. How can you say that?
Good service! My flight was delayed but they keep me info and wait until I arrived. The driver is friendly.

Don’t book, the company XC tours didn’t turn up and we had to get a taxi from airport to hotel in Taipei centre.

Request for a bigger car if you have 4 or more suitcases otherwise they won’t fit. Very good communicator and they text days before arrival to make sure everything will go smoothly.

The pick up service at the airport was easy. The guide was waiting at the exit with a sign had my name on it. The driver was very professional.

No problem the driver waits us with a good car Perfect but it s use to write the name of the passenger not the driver

Great ride! Got us to our location without problem. Our flight was delayed, but they were super flexible and there waiting with a sign when we arrived!

Very flexible to change the time to pickup. The driver didn’t speak English but knew where to drop us off.

The company was really professional and easy to communicate with. They sent the driver’s contact info the day before. The driver was on time very helpful, professional and communicated to us upon arrival with a meet and greet sign. Helped us with eSIM and provided travel tips. Car was really clean and comfortable. We have booked them for the return trip. Highly recommend.
