Tacos, Brews and Views Tour

Highly recommend this tour if you love Mexican food, tequila and beer. He took us to great local food spots and the food was so delicious! We also did tequila tasting, legit 7 shots for only 12 bucks. Such an insane deal and a great experience. Noe is such a wonderful tour guide and made sure to keep track of time to make it to our boat in time. Forget the tourist traps in downtown, book with Noe for a quick authentic experience!

We had a great day! Started with amazing tacos. Loved the fish tacos. There were made fresh to order and needed to go back for more. Then had fun with a flight of beer at second stop. Got a great view of the city and then ended with tequila tasting and a last stop near the beach. It was one if the best tours we had ever been on.

Great experience. Noe was a wonderful guide. Views were good, tacos fantastic. Beer flights delicious. Tequila and margaritatasting good, too. Switched up itinerary and got churros at the end. Best ever! Highly recommended.

Tacos, brews, views, and so much more! Noe and Renato made me and my family feel like we were being shown around town by old friends. The private transportation allowed for us to talk about any of our questions and curiosities. Food recommendations and helping us order at the eateries made it way easier than if we were by ourselves. Renato's historical knowledge and stories, especially at La Catedral de Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe, created context and deepened my appreciation for the beautiful architecture and artwork we visited. Every stop was a hit. I would recommend to first time visitors (like us) and anyone who would like to maximize their touring time while in Ensenada.

I have been on a couple other tours in different cities in Mexico. What made this one unique is I feel like I got to see a lot of the city vs a 5 block radius. I was the only one on the tour and Adriel was great. Didn’t rush me and asked what I wanted to try. Would definitely recommend.

We visited while on a cruise, and had a terrific day with Adrial, enjoying the flavors of Ensenada! Easy walk to the meeting place, just outside the port, and we got back with a little time to spare. Tacos and Ceviche were delicious, and we absolutely loved the tequila and beer tasting! The margarita flights were my favorite. Adrial was a great host and was so knowledgeable about Ensenada. He was also very kind and helpful with my husband's mobility scooter. We highly recommend this tour!

Struggling to write a fair review. The tour operator took us to get tacos at Sr Poblano Tacqueria. The birria tacos were delicious. the fish tacos were the worst we’d ever had. The restaurant total was $94. We asked for water and were given bottled water, which is fine, but the amount was undisclosed and we were later charged $4/ bottle and $15 for another drink. I felt that the total was too high and readded the check total and we had been overcharged by $15. I let the others in our group know (separate party) and they were also overcharged. I know this shouldn’t reflect on the actual tour but they took us to a place that was dishonest with horrible food. After this horrible experience the tour improved and our operator, Israel, bought us churros to compensate for the cost and bad experience. We then went to two other restaurants that were fairly priced and good food. Suggestion for tour operator: this was the least pleasant food tour I’ve ever gone on. There was substantial lack in the ‘tour’ portion. I would have loved to learn more about the history of the area, culture, and restaurants. The street vendors were also very aggressive. In past excursions in Ensenada our tour operator would politely ask them to not solicit to us. I suppose that has become my expectation and it was very surprising that he didn’t mention anything to the street vendors. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t do this tour again. I would recommend it only if Sr Poblano taqueria is removed as a stop.

Adriel was an incredible guide. My family and I had a wonderful time. It was so fun, educational, and relaxing! Though we went to 5 different stops, these were my Top 3: Tacos Fenix, Tequila Tasting, and the Plaza Contenedores. I was trying to pace myself on the food though it was our first stop, but really wish I ended up ordering more than 1 taco at Tacos Fenix. La Guerrerense was fantastic as well, though I think one tostada is probably enough unless you are a ceviche fiend. The Tequila Tasting was SO educational and SO fun. They were really generous with their pours and it helped my family appreciate true tequila so much more. I'd recommend skipping the lookout over the hill as it was a bit of a walk across broken glass and bits. Plaza Contenedores was a much better spot to get photos by/with the water and was much more relaxing. There were 20 of us family members on the cruise - some went horseback riding, some just wandered around town. When we all debriefed at the end of the day, everyone seemed to agree that our group that went on the food/drink tour had the best time out of everyone!

This was so fun and the food was amazing!!!! The tour guide, Alex, was amazing also! We had a great time on this tour!!!!
