3 out of 5 pick ups from the airport the driver wasn’t at arrivals area when I arrived - I had to message the driver. One time the driver was so far away I cancelled and jumped in a cab. Driver is unable to issue a receipt and you have to call accounts to get that - after using them 4 or 5 times is has become way to complicated and time consuming. App is clunky and not that easy to use.

Driver was friendly and efficient. They were wait exactly where and when schedule and provided assistance with our luggage. A great hassle free transfer to our hotel after long flights.

Bob, our driver, reached out to us shortly after we landed. Once we were through customs, he had a clearly marked sign with our name and were able to see him. He assisted us with our luggage and directed us to our spacious and clean Mercedes minivan. We were 2 adults with 4 large pieces of luggage and 3 carryon bags. The drive was seamless from Sydney airport to the Sydney Harbour Marriott at Circular Quay. We would definitely recommend the driver and company and use them again.

Driver was waiting at our exit point from the Customs Hall. Ready to go! The transition was seamless and everything went off without a problem!

Communication was great. Got in from our flight and message him to let us know that we were getting our luggage and asked where we were meeting and he was already there waiting for us

I booked several months ago. I gave my airline and flight number, hotel name and address upon booking. Printed off my receipt. Arrived at airport and no pickup service to meet us. I called Hughes who stated Viator did NOT give them hotel or our flight number...which I gave during booking. The last time they contacted Viator was in Dec 2025. If Viator contacted us, it was not by phone. Maybe, email which went to spam. We have used Viator many times and by them taking our $ and not calling or texting and leaving us stranded at Sydney Airport is inexcusable. I gave 5 stars to the Hughes service and a 1 to Viator.

I was a little skeptical since it didn’t cost a crazy amount, but had a fantastic experience. The driver was waiting for us with a sign after we left customs and took my wife and I to the hotel immediately. It was well worth it!

When we got off our flight through customs, our driver was standing right there with our name on a plaque, we were so happy. He was really informative professional I gave us lots of suggestions of what to do. We would definitely use their service again top-notch AAA plus.

My husband and I arrived after a 25+ hour flight and were exhausted and overwhelmed. We were reassured by the detailed communications we had received. Although we were a little early, our driver was there waiting at the agreed upon location. with a sign. He grabbed our bags and soon had us settled into a comfortable , immaculate vehicle.
