We had an all-around successful snorkeling trip! The tour guides were super friendly, attentive, and always made sure that no one was left alone. The pickup from the hotel worked flawlessly, and the entire process was punctual and well organized. The lunch was delicious and sufficient. The coral reefs were simply beautiful – a real highlight! We were especially pleased that we could see turtles and even manatees. Overall, it was a great tour that we would recommend at any time!

The pickup at the Port Galib Hotel Pickalbatros was smooth and punctual. Snorkeling in the Red Sea is always an experience.

A beautiful experience, made even more special by the onboard staff who instructed us in a light and friendly manner. On the boat, there is everything necessary, and the staff is always available, speaking multiple languages as well. I recommend this excursion even though we were unfortunate not to see the dugong, but we still had fun; there were turtles and plenty of snorkeling. Timely and comfortable transfer. Excellent lunch!

Absolute recommendation! The start was a bit bumpy, as the driver had some trouble with the room numbers. After that, everything was great! We saw the dugong right away during our first snorkeling session! Then there were numerous large turtles and even dolphins! The food on board was good and the crew was friendly! Snorkeling was done in groups, and our guide was very dedicated. Contact with the provider was exemplary; we were always well informed.

Super nice people, everything went perfectly. From pickup to drop-off. One of our daughters was sick, so we did not have to pay the national park fee for her. Everyone on the boat was very nice and helpful. We saw the manatee and also plenty of turtles.

Fantastic experience! We saw the turtles and the Dugong! The staff is always very kind. Excellent lunch. I will continue to book excursions with them in Marsa Alam.
