An amazing hands on experience. The experience was filled with history of sushi as well as learning the theory behind making it. Combined with the hands on experience of making sushi this was an unforgettable experience

Koh was awesome. Super friendly, funny, and made sushi making way easier than I expected. He explained everything without making it feel like a class, and the fish was incredibly fresh.
