Vid Saltflödet lär vi dig hur du surfar i en säker och rolig miljö. Vi är professionella tränare avsedda för surfing. Med vår träningsmetod kan vi garantera att du lär dig på ett snabbt, roligt och konsekvent sätt. Våra Surf- och SUP-klasser är kända för att vara mycket personliga och utförs under de bästa tidevattenförhållandena som underlättar och accelererar studenternas framsteg. Sedan 2015 undervisar surfare och erbjuder minnesvärda stunder i havet Med målet att dela vår erfarenhet som surfare och professionella tränare samlade vi en solid undervisningsmetod och en större plats. Därför grundade vi Salt Flow. Sedan dess har vi berikat hundratals människors liv via Surf och en unik upplevelse som driver din egen våg.

We have hit the waves with The Salt Flow. 2 families with teenagers. We tried for the first time and it was super fun. 2 instructors from the school helped us a lot and introduced into magic of hitting the waves. All the gear was provided. You just come with a smile. Each of us managed to do some surfing. I highly recommend at least to try :-)
Best surf school! From the first contact to the lessons in the water, everything was super professional and at the same time very relaxed. The instructors explain very well, have immense patience and can adapt classes to different levels, which makes all the difference. The environment is really very good, it feels like there is a real passion for surfing and for teaching. I always felt safe in the water and super motivated to evolve. Salt flow is a spectacular surf school, with a team of experienced, professional, attentive and always full of good energy instructors! The classes are well structured, held in a fun environment and with appropriate accompaniment for each student. The material is in excellent condition, which contributes to a pleasant and fun experience. The class begins with a warm up where we awaken the body Then we go to the sea to catch high waves with the best instructors!

Located on one of the best beaches in northern Portugal and with an incredible energy from the first moment! The team is fantastic and puts us right into the true spirit of surfing. Surf lessons at “The Salt Flow” Highly recommended. I had a two-hour one-on-one lesson with Rachel, who first explained everything to me on land and then gave great tips and assistance in the water.
Super experience! Very nice teacher, super coach! Both my children and I had a great time! I really recommend this surf school, it's worth its money!
