Vårt företag tar dig till fästningsön Sveaborg som finns med på UNESCO:s världsarvslista och Finlands främsta turistattraktion med sin historiska sjöfästning. I biljetten ingår en guidad vandring på Engelska av auktoriserad Guide. Turen tar dig runt fästningsöarna genom århundradena och presenterar de viktigaste sevärdheterna och de viktigaste händelserna i fästningens historia. Turen bjuder på intressanta perspektiv på norra Europas historia och historia. Färjeresans längd är 25 minuter. Turens längd är ca 1 timme. Efter turen kan du utforska ön i din egen takt och / eller gå tillbaka till Salutorget med nästa färja. Avgångsfrekvens på 30 minuter. Fartygen avgår från Salutorget i anslutning till Korkeasaari zoo-pir. Leta efter våra företagsskyltar, röda flaggor. Njut av en kopp kaffe eller en kall öl på vårt soldäck och låt dig skämmas bort av vår vänliga personal.

Färjetransport från Helsingfors salutorg till Sveaborgs fästningsö och/eller restaurangön Lonna. Många planerade avgångar från morgon till sen kväll - utforska ön i din egen takt. Maximal avgångsfrekvens på torget och öarna: 30 minuter. Köp en kopp kaffe eller en kall öl ombord och njut av utsikten över Helsingfors skärgård. Våra färjor tar dig direkt till Sveaborgs centrum. Vår vänliga personal ombord hjälper gärna till vid eventuella frågor. På Sveaborg ingår en guidad tur. Under den guidade rundvandringen berättar en auktoriserad guide om Sveaborgs 260 år av händelserika historia under tre olika staters styre samt livet på ön idag. The instructions for this trip are confusing. The description states meeting at two different places, the Helsinki dock or on the island. The tour is given by the Suomenlinna Visitors Center. You meet in the visitors center. I would never have known where to meet had I not asked one of the employees in the visitor's center. This tour has no meeting place at the dock in Helsinki. Yes Trip Advisor bought my ticket so I had a reservation, but the tour is not organized or operated by Trip Advisor. The tour is very informative and worthwhile.
This was a very enjoyable day. The 10am ferry arrived on the island on time at 10.25am and I walked to the museum and took the 10.30am tour in English. The guide was very knowledgeable and explained the fortress history. After the tour I spent another 2 hours walking around the island visiting the parts that interested me. I then returned to the wharf and took the ferry back to Helsinki. Highly recommended.
A very good short overview of the fortress which you then can explore on your own time. The guide was very knowledgable.

Unresponsive team either on text or calls and uncooperative staff at the station gave us wrong information and we missed the guided tour

Ferry got the job done, Island was beautiful and interesting, particularly for those with an onterest in history. Guide was knowledgeable but had poor people skills/sad personality.

The ferry ride was on time and smooth. Our guide on the island was great. He was very knowledgeable and entertaining. I would recommend.
The FRS Finland ferry was really nice. Way less crowded than the main ferry. Operated right on time. The guided walking tour wasn’t worth the time or money. It took an hour and only hit three spots on the island. The tour can also be booked from the gift shop on the island if you feel like it. If you do this trip, the FRS Finland boat picks people up on the island twice an hour at two different locations. My recommendation: book your ferry directly with FRS Finland and skip the walking tour. But definitely go to the site…I spent 6 hours in calling all over the island. Good restaurants there too.
