Aloha, Kom och dela i en medvetet guidad yoga-session som passar alla nivåer. Inspirerad och lärd av Tirumalai Krishnamacharyas och BKS Iyengars läror. Under träningen kommer vi att arbeta för att skapa en djupare koppling till kropp, sinne och ande. Justeringar kommer att erbjudas de som begär det. Saker att ta med: Yogamatta eller handduk. Vattenflaska (om det behövs) Fredlig avsikt. *** Yogamattor, band och block är tillgängliga på begäran. *** Aromaterapi och en kort mild massage kommer att tillhandahållas under yoga sessionen.

We had an awesome restorative flow with Johnathan. My group was also running a bit late to class and he waited for us which was really considerate. A rainbow came out at the end of our flow too which felt really magical. Highly recommend booking this experience!
The sound of the Hawaiian wind and waves was amazing, and the location was great! I was the only Japanese person participating, but I had a wonderful experience without any worries!!

I definitely recommend this yoga class to beginners/intermediates. The yoga instructor was a great teacher.
We enjoyed a wonderful class with the nice flavor of lavender oil and spray before sunset. My friend even fell sleep during the class because she was so relaxed. This lesson is highly recommended!

My young teenage son and I did this together and enjoyed it. Great session for all levels. Enjoyed the view of the ocean and breeze. Directions for locating could be better - we wandered around the park for quite a while before finally locating. Recommend bringing your own mat if you can.
