Möt din guide, Omari, som brinner för att bevara mangroven runt detta område som han kallar hem. Han har otrolig kunskap om de olika fågelarterna i området. Segla genom vattnet, träffa byborna och se solen gå ner över mangrovebäckarna. Denna upplevelse är det ultimata sättet att koppla av när solen går ner. Effekt skapad: + Stödja en dold pärla: den här platsen ligger utanför allfartsvägarna men ett antal byar omger den och litar på området för inkomst. + Lokal sysselsättning: kanoten hyrs lokalt och det är kaptenen också, detta stärker lokalsamhället men är också bra för resenären som kan dra nytta av enorm kunskap om platsen. + Inga motorer: Kanoten drivs av mänsklig energi (kaptenen radar och du kan om du vill!) vilket innebär att inga motorer och inga smutsiga ångor kommer in i vattnet. + Gemenskap: pengarna från denna resa kommer att sippra ner till samhället för att hjälpa till med sjukvård, sysselsättning och utbildning.

The experience was amazing from the beginning to the end. Sham was kind and shared a lot about Travel4Purpose's mission to give back to society. We had a calming, almost meditative sail in the Kongo Strait where we spotted different kinds of mangrove trees and a variety of bird species. Our guide, Omar, was very informative and intentional about how he wanted us to enjoy. The sunset was so amazing that no one wanted to leave. I highly recommend this excursion if you want to go to the calm side of the Ocean Thank you, Sham and Omar

Very pleasant boat tour on the Congo River. We saw some birds, crabs, and lungfish, and Omari explained everything expertly. The sunset was the most beautiful part 🌅 We took a Tuk-Tuk from the hotel (be sure to negotiate beforehand, as the drivers otherwise demand excessively high prices). It was our last day of vacation, making it a wonderful conclusion. Highly recommended.

Omari was a wonderful and knowledgable guide. Like many touristic activities in the area, you have many choices of boat and guide, but that doesn'e mean you get the same experience. I would highlighy recommend going with this one for a beautiful, educational tour through the mangroves, where safety, respectful engagement with the environment, and a comprehensive understanding of the area and its communities are a priority!
The experience was great. Amori, our guide, had the background knowledge of the Mangroves very well and was interesting to here about it. He followed through until we had the transport back to our place which was very nice as well.
Omari took such good care of us. This was such a peaceful and beautiful tour of the mangroves. I encourage anyone to do this. Omari even waited for us to locate our driver safely. Perfect. Much gratitude!
Best place to visit and enjoy the nature, mangrove boat ride and exploring the Sun set..with the Best view ever.. it's an amazing activity that takes just an hour or two hours..
