Först tar vi dig för att se Kelpies: de största häststatyerna i världen.
Vi besöker sedan Falkirk Wheel - världens första och enda roterande båtlift. Detta ikoniska skotska landmärke och ingenjörskonst är 115 fot högt och transporterar båtar mellan de två kanalerna.
Vi åker sedan vidare till Glasgow, och vårt första stopp blir vid Glasgow Cathedral. Byggd på 1100-talet överlevde Glasgow Cathedral den protestantiska reformationen nästan intakt, och är nu den mest kompletta medeltida katedralen på det skotska fastlandet.
I anslutning till Glasgow Cathedral kan du sedan utforska Necropolis om du vill. Necropolis, som grundades 1831 och byggdes på klassiskt arkitektoniskt sätt, och som modelleras på Père-Lachaise i Paris, har cirka 3 500 gravar. Inträde ingår.
Här har du också möjlighet att besöka Provands herredømme. Byggt år 1471 är detta det äldsta huset i Glasgow.
Bredvid Provand's Lordship, om du vill, kan du besöka St Mungo Museum of Religious Life and Art. Inträde ingår.
När vi lämnar Cathedral Precint tar vi dig sedan för att se Doulton-fontänen, byggd för 1888 års internationella utställning i Glasgow. Detta är den största terrakottafontänen i världen.
Vi åker sedan till West End, via några av de otroliga Glasgow Murals. Väl framme i West End tar vi dig till Glasgow Universitys huvudbyggnad: Gilbert Scott-byggnaden. Detta är den näst största neogotiska byggnaden i Storbritannien efter Westminster Palace.
Vi tar dig sedan till Kelvingrove Art Gallery, byggt 1901 i spansk barockstil. Här kan du se en rad samlingar, samt ett restaurerat Spirtfire-plan från andra världskriget.
Slutligen, om tiden tillåter, avslutar vi vår tur med att ta dig till Utmärkelsen Transport Museum innan vi tar dig tillbaka till ditt kryssningsfartyg eller annat semesterboende.

Our tour guide Gerry took us on a full day tour from the cruise port to Loch Lomond, the town of Luss, Inveraray, the Coos and the Kelpies. Gerry’s knowledge and stories of the area made for a wonderful full day tour we appreciated the time that he took with us to show us the larger sites as well as the smaller sites along the way. We took this tour as part of a cruise stop. And Gerry was very conscious of the time that we needed to be back to the ship. By the end of the tour we felt like Gerry was part of the family and Scotland was a little bit like home.

Our driver, Simon, was personable, flexible, courteous. He made our day a memorable one because he was willing to personalize our itinerary to help us see some places and things that were of special interest to us. Once he got the sense of the kind of interests we had, he made some excellent suggestions to round out our experience. Our side trip to the little town of Luss proved to be one of the highlights of our day. Simon was also attentive to our needs by providing water, a step stool to get in and out of his van, and his suggestion for lunch in the town of Callander. Lastly, our last experience was with the Falkirk Wheel. Simon took time to explain how it worked and waited patiently while we watched the wheel operate. All in all, we had a great day getting out into the countryside outside of Glasgow. I highly recommend his services as both a good driver and guide.

We had an amazing private tour of the Scottish Highlands area with Gerry. The tour had a standard itinerary but Gerry let us customize it to see and do a few things we specifically requested. Gerry is very knowledgeable about this area and provided us with a lot of very interesting historical facts along our tour. He went above and beyond what we expected to make sure we enjoyed our day with him! Gerry was very professional and very easy to work with. Our communications with E2G and Gerry were very clear and timely! We couldn't have asked for a better tour than we had with Gerry/E2G and would not hesitate to book another tour with them if we return to the area!
