The place is really good, the history behind Zanzibar Island is interesting and sometimes sad. I was happy to see the city and discovering good things and beautiful building around the city.

We booked a trip and the tour guide didnt show up. We waited for him for an hour, we called him a few times and he didnt answer. Besides that he wrote us in the early morning that we have to pay additionally 25$ per person for 'best experience'.

Then Nalisis asked to follow you to Hotel, so that he could collect the money from everyone $ 25 so that the tour could be done perfectly. As Nalisis was going to meet you at the hotel together with Guide at Tembo House. You changed and said you are no longer waiting for them. We had already used some means of transfer to be ready for the tour. Even us we went on getting loss. Good enough I my self I decided to refund you because the tour was not done as planned.
