Gå ner i 3:e infiltrationstunneln, en passage från kalla krigets tid, och njut av sällsynta vyer över Nordkorea från Doraobservatoriet. Därefter beger du dig till Aegibong Peace Ecopark, den närmaste punkten till Nordkorea, där du kommer att förundras över tydliga, fria vyer över nordkoreanska byar, jordbruksmarker och det dagliga livet. Parken kombinerar fantastisk natur med utställningar om regionens historiska betydelse. Imjingak är en enhet och säkerhet turné komplex bestående av Imjingak Pavilion, Nordkorea Center, Unification Park, och flera monument och minnesplatser. Pyeonghwa Nuri Park är värd för många evenemang, föreställningar och utställningar för att främja fred och återförening. De mest populära attraktionerna i parken är Hill of Music, en stor gräsbevuxen sluttning, och Pinwheel Park, med över 3 000 färgglada pinwheels som snurrar fritt i vinden.
ID-kontroll (Ta med pass)
Den tredje tunneln är den tredje i sitt slag som byggts av Nordkorea i syfte att invadera Sydkorea. Den upptäcktes 1978. Bland de fyra tunnlar som ligger hittills ligger den närmast Seoul (ca 52 km). Den har en total längd på 1,6 km och en bredd på 2 m. Man uppskattar att nästan 30 000 personer kan röra sig genom tunneln varje timme. Besökare till 3:e tunneln måste boka turen i förväg. Turen startar från Imjingak Pavilion. Alla besökare är skyldiga att ta med sin legitimation, till exempel pass eller Alien Registration Card (ARC).
Doraobservatoriet är det observatorium som ligger närmast Panmunjeom. Från Dora Observatory kan man se inte bara Panmunjeom utan också byn Daeseong-dong inom DMZ, berg och jordbruksmarker på den nordkoreanska sidan, och staden Gaeseong, en nordkoreansk stad och den historiska huvudstaden Goryeo (918-1392). Enskilda besök är inte tillåtna. Observatoriet kan endast nås via DMZ Peace Tour, som avgår från Imjingak Pavilion efter bokning. Alla besökare är skyldiga att ta med sin legitimation, till exempel pass eller Alien Registration Card (ARC).

We had a thoroughly successful, intensive tour from about 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM. First, we went by minibus to the first stops before joining a larger group in a tour bus for the DMZ. Always accompanied by our guide who spoke English very well. After that, we continued our program relaxed in our small group (there were five of us) in the minibus. The stops were brief and precisely timed, and no time was wasted. Especially the Aegibong Park was an absolute highlight – since we were there in the afternoon, we could fully enjoy the tranquility away from the tourist crowds. The view of North Korea is significantly better here. A huge thank you goes to our guide Won: She was incredibly dedicated and answered all our questions in detail.
We had a great experience visiting Starbucks while enjoying the unique view of North Korea. Our guide, Alex, was fantastic—knowledgeable, friendly, and made the visit both informative and enjoyable. The Starbucks staff were also welcoming, friendly, and accommodating, which made the experience even better. Overall, it was a memorable visit and one we would highly recommend.
