Resplan

Impressive Sacsayhuamán with Stunning Views of Cusco Visiting Sacsayhuamán was one of the highlights of our trip to Cusco. The energy of the site is incredible, and the massive stones—perfectly fitted together without any cement—are truly mind-blowing. It’s amazing to think how the Incas managed such precise construction. Our guide was excellent, very knowledgeable and passionate about Inca history. We learned about the ceremonial and defensive purposes of the site, as well as its connection to Inti Raymi (the Festival of the Sun). The panoramic views of Cusco from the top are absolutely breathtaking — definitely worth the short uphill walk. I recommend bringing water, sunscreen, and wearing comfortable shoes. This is a must-see if you're visiting Cusco!
Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful experience at Sacsayhuamán! We’re thrilled to hear that you enjoyed both the impressive architecture and the breathtaking views of Cusco. It’s always rewarding to know our guides can share their knowledge and passion for Inca history, making the visit even more memorable. We truly appreciate your tips for future travelers, and we hope to welcome you back for more unforgettable experiences in Peru!
The most I know. Recommend Macupicchu. Nice....the best lives. Unforgettable experience. Better be nice. Service. De. First cyty. Tours..................
Buyer beware. Firstly, the tour left almost an hour late. We then spent 2hrs at 2 churches in Cusco, then approx 20mins while the guide permitted people to buy lunch during the tour even though it started after lunch. This left us 90mins to visit 4 main Inca sites including Sacsaywaman. We visited 2 of the sites AFTER DARK so we rushed through with our phone lights. The guide kept insisting on group photos that nobody wanted i presume to "prove" we went to all the sites. 3 people left the tour half way through since it was such a waste of time. Viator, reconsider selling this tour as it was a complete waste of time and money. You would be better to go in a taxi yourself than do this tour! Oh and at the end, he suggested we visit a textile factory?? NO! Worst tour I've ever been on
Very good days. I want to thank you for your opinion with bad intentions of maybe it would be good to investigate whether what you are saying is really true or not, but I want to respectfully tell you that in the city tour itinerary that you contract with our company indicates that 2 churches will be visited as the cathedral and qoricancha to then pass the 4 archeological centers, and the return is from 6 to 6:30 pm maximum and all our guides are required to arrive after the tour to report to our maximum agency 6:30 pm and tell you that they arrived very Afternoon it is not fair and if you are not comfortable with our divine service, hire a private service because it is not only you if there were no other people in your group who were happy and happy that left report of our service and I am not I agree with your opinion, but I respect and thank you for your visit.
The tour itself is good. The guide knows the city & the site well. All transportation from & to the hotel was smooth & safe. The guide was making head count behind the scene when we are changing the location. Many people are divided into Spanish & English group, so each group is made up of around 10 persons. One thing you should be informed of that is if you reserve the program through here, you need to pay all entrance fee, while all others are provided by the guide. If you are not aware of this, this experience would significantly hurt the impression in the beginning. If you doesn’t want to do this, go to Machupichu nice website or its office and reserve the full tour covering the entrance fee. This is why the price is exceptionally low compared with others.
This tour was terrible. The tour company picked us up at the hotel and dropped us off at one of the squares in Cuzco. We walked up to a church and we're introduced to a tour guide that would only speak Spanish. Since we don't speak Spanish we quit the tour and took a taxi back to the hotel. Poor organization by the tour company. Will try to get a refund.
We signed up for 2 of us to take this tour. We received a voucher for the tour but nothing else. After a lot of walking we were told we would have to pay some entrance fees amounting to $60-70 extra. We had not seen anything to advise us of the extra fees so I spoke with the manager and he said he would refund our fees. To date we have received NOTHING. Do not recommend.
A little slow getting started, being "picked up from your hotel" means someone comes to get you and you walk to a couple different meeting spots before starting the actual tour. Marco was our guide and he was WONDERFUL. Very knowledgeable and answered questions thoroughly. We had a young girl get sick on our van and he was so kind and sweet with her. He used some natural remedies that helped a little (so we learned about coca and muno) and really focused on the poor family. The rest of us were really understanding, felt bad for the child. But again - his kindness to strangers will always be remembered. The tour itself was great - you can get your tickets for the sites at the 1st site so don't worry about that. Definitely worth the money!

Fantastic experience! It was a great way to get in touch with the city.
Our guide was amazing! He was very informative and helpful. He had a tremendous amount of knowledge and provided insightful cultural and historical context at all the sites we visited. I was impressed by his dedication and I truly can say he was one of the best guide we've ever had. I dont remember his name I think it started with P but Ive attached a photo with him.
Highly recommend this tour and especially the guide.
Thank you for the beautiful experience!
Diana C
