No tickets supplied

I never received the QR code for my tickets for entry. I asked no less than a dozen people I messaged and tried to call numerous times with zero response. Unfortunately we never got to enter because the only thing I had to download was a voucher which clearly stated this is not your ticket. Even the people at the gate were perplexed as to where I’m out with possibly meet up with my tour operator to receive my tickets. They weren’t in the WhatsApp or an email. I will be expecting a full refund. I don’t know why you have to chat option if you’re not gonna respond to the chat Noor if you’re gonna answer your phone. What a disappointing experience and waste of time.

Viator disappointing

I’m sure the basilica is wonderful, but unfortunately we were not able to get in as we couldn’t locate the Viator meeting place. Even with the help of one of the support members at the venue.

Fraud!

fraudulent. Didnt need ticket in the first place, no such people. Literally paid for no reason at all, and got nothing out ot it. DO NOT BOOK!

Con job and theft supported by trip advisor

Took our money. Provided no tickets. Trip Advisor's reputation is in the toilet from our perspective. They promoted this theft by using their reputation to let this organization steal.

Never got a visit because there was no follow up after purchase.

Never received the tickets or any communication from the tour operator at all.

Terrible.

I could not participate in the activity; I am very disappointed as the skip-the-line pass is nowhere to be found. Unpleasant staff.

Scaaaammm

SCAM! SCAM! DONT BOOK THIS ITS A SCAM! The directions take you to the general line. There is no “fast track” line. It doesn’t exist!! We asked employees who acted like we were insane for even thinking such a thing existed! I’m still waiting for my refund. Make this right Viator! It ruined our entire experience and day! It’s not easy to wander in circles in such a gigantic area only to be turned away!

In principle, a good system

St. Peter's Basilica with fast entry and audio guide. In principle, it is good; however, the final coordination with the provider was difficult. When booking, one could not select a time slot, but was informed of one with the tickets. So read carefully what you receive via WhatsApp. However, it was not a problem to go to St. Peter's Basilica with the tickets three hours later. The audio guide (access on the phone) was not very helpful—it provided too little information and a lot of chatter.
