Newfoundland och Labrador har en av de mest unika matkulturerna i Kanada. Länge känd för skaldjur, vilt och läckra traditionella måltider, har provinsen en lång lista av läckra ingredienser och recept. Från en CFA-succé med att sälja älskat Newfoundland-bakverk till en hemsökt pub som inspirerade en TV-apparat till ett tidigare fruktstånd bokstavligen byggt på askan från den stora branden – vi kommer att utforska människorna, berättelserna och maten som gör staden unik. Kom hungrig! Om du anländer mag-founded, när vi avslutar vår promenad, kommer du att vara stogged. Loved it! Tyla was excellent. The food samples which were more like shareables were delicious and I did not eat the rest of the day. Two thumbs up. Recommend, recommend and recommend, give it a try you will not be disappointed

Our guide Mckenzie was very knowledgeable in the history of the area, the foods and how the locals currently enjoy the foods - some on special occasions and others daily. Walking around to different restaurants, we were served delicious samples like moose slider, fish & chips, toutin , flaky, and fish cake. Left with a full belly and fun facts. Definitely recommend it.

We loved the local variety of food (toutons, flakies, moose burger, ice cream, and fish and chips). Our guide, Tyra, was excellent. She provided colourful history of St John’s and wonderful stories about Newfoundlanders.
