SEDAN 2016 denna prisbelönta, autentiska och spännande vandringsturer för HISTORIEÄLSKARE erbjuder en unik blandning av historia, upptäckter och kul med fördel av licensierade inhemska guider, Split infödda och experter med magisterexamen i historia studier och ekonomi, äkta sanna historiker som bokstavligen levde nutidshistoria, växer upp här på 80 / 90-talet under tunga tider av kommunismen och hemlandskriget och har original, djup, lokal kunskap om Dalmatien, den äldsta och vackraste regionen i Kroatien. På denna tur kommer du att utforska Gamla medeltida stan med det spektakulära palatset för den romerska kejsaren Diocletianus byggt år 305 AD (från 1979 på UNESCO: s världsarvslista). Besök på källarmuseet som den bäst bevarade delen av Diocletianus palats är ett annat bra komplement till denna tur. LITEN GRUPP STORLEK (max.16) tillåter oss att gå "bakom kulisserna" och uppleva destination "genom ögonen på lokalbefolkningen". Such a lovely way to learn about and see the Diocletian's Palace. Josko was a fantastic guide - very friendly and knowledgeable. Lots of fun facts and photos and stops along the way!

My friend and I recently visited the Palace and had the pleasure of being guided by Joško. Joško was extremely knowledgeable and brought the history of the Palace to life. As a 13th-generation Croatian who lived through the war of the 1990s, he was able to provide both historical facts and personal insights that made the tour especially meaningful. He is a very pleasant, personable, and engaging guide with a genuine passion for the history of the Palace. He explained the story of the Emperor, the construction of the Palace, the materials used, and what daily life was like there centuries ago. He also spoke about the damage the Palace suffered during the war and the efforts made to preserve this remarkable historical site. I would highly recommend Joško to anyone planning a tour of the Palace. His knowledge, enthusiasm, and personal connection to the history make for a truly memorable experience. Enjoy! An outstanding tour. Very informative and great value for money. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and personable, making history come alive and maintaining interest for 2.5 hours that seemed to pass so quickly.
