Beskådar och klättrar Namibias eget Matterhorn. Namibia har stora öppna platser, klar himmel, vacker klippformation, gamla Bushman målningar och unika ökenväxter. Ett måste i Namibia! Vi ser skeppsvraket Zeila och Henties Bay.

Vi lämnar Henties bay och svänger av in i Namiböknen på väg mot Spitzkoppe. Vi passerar några lokala stånd som säljer bergkristaller och tittar på de fascinerande Bushman-målningarna och berggravyrerna. Vi klättrar uppför Rock Arch och ser de vackra omgivande Dolomiternas klippformationer. Spitzkoppe är Namibias Matterhorn, en Inselberg och vacker granitklippa med en höjd av 1638m. Efter en liten lunch beger vi oss tillbaka till Swakopmund
Efter en lång dag och många kilometers resor når vi Swakopmund och ditt boende. En sundowner välkomnas efter en lång och full dag
Vi lämnar Swakopmund och beger oss norrut till Henties bay. Här har vi ett snabbt stopp, sista toaletten, tankar upp och beger oss till Spitzkoppe
Zeila är vårt enda skeppsvrak vi passerar på denna turné. Vi stannar och tar bilder och lär oss om dess mystiska historia. Någon bergskristallförsäljare kanske kan erbjuda några stenar till försäljning. Härefter beger vi oss till närliggande Henties bay

How lucky we were! Huge thanks to Stephan for an absolutely epic day out! We experienced the grandeur of Spitzkoppe, rising proudly against the vast Namibian sky, truly unforgettable. As stated in our booking policy, this experience requires a minimum of two or payment for two. Unfortunately, as there was only one booking and this requirement was not met, we were unable to operate the tour as scheduled. Loved our tour guide Stefano and the spitzkoppe experience. A guide took us to a place where we met our tour guide. There were only 3 of us on the tour so it was like a private tour. Our guide was very polite, spoke English very well, answered all our questions, gave us a great tour, even helped us climb the rocks and took us back to port on time as agreed upon. Highly recommended!

We had a perfect day to visit Spitzkoppe and Winton, our guide, made it extra special. He was so engaging and knowledgeable that we talked the whole day without stopping. It was one jaw dropping view after another and so thrilling to see 2000 year old paintings from the San People. We had an absolutely delicious picnic lunch under one of the granite mountains. As we are in our mid 60’s it was so nice of Winton to show us the easy way up to the famous arch!

We had a wonderful day in Namibia. From the communication beforehand to the pick-up at the harbour in Walvis Bay to the picnic on the way, everything went perfectly. Our guide Ludwig Kieck was super nice and provided us with a wealth of information about the country, its people, flora and fauna. We can wholeheartedly recommend this trip 👍🏻

We had a full day tour with Tongai and I can't stop smiling because we had such a lovely day. He did everything to make us happy: tell a lot about the country, people, plants and nature here, answered aaaaall our questions, which were quite a lot :), took perfect pictures from us as a couple everywhere we stopped and time just went by so fast. All in all, the day was so good, we directly booked another tour for tomorrow :) also the way he was talking about the company and Uwe not only as a boss, but as a gentle human and friend gave us even a better feeling about anything :) can only recommend to take this company when in Swakopmund! We had a day trip with Tongai and I just can't stop smiling because we had such a nice day. He did everything he could to make us happy: He talked a lot about land, people, plants and nature, answered all our questions, and that was quite a lot:), everywhere we stopped, took perfect photos of us as a couple and time flew by.
