Fabulous way to see the key London sights while having some fun on the Thames!! Our skipper George and guide Kia were amazing!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip up the river with Thames Rib Experience. George and Kai were fab. Our original trip did not reach the required numbers but we were contacted the day before and offered another time and free upgrade from our 45 minute trip to the 70 minute trip. It was excellent and I would defo book this again.
Leo and Kai were great. Super fun experience for the family, especially during the warmer weather!

The ride was nice and the two members of the crew were Lovely. The amount of time you go fast is quite minimal and you spend most of the time cruising. The welcome and safety briefing at the pier is was quite unpleasant by a very shouty and unprofessional young lady telling us what to. The change of pier was notified at last minute but with enough information to get close to the departure dock.

We are overjoyed to hear that your experience was enjoyable and that you found our communication helpful to arrive to the pier correctly after a last minute change. We try to avoid these changes but sometimes they do happen and we thank you for being cooperative. The experience you travelled on travels through the centre of London where a guided commentary takes place in the parts where there is a speed restriction - we also have trips that skip central London and go straight into high speed, from Tower Pier. Our staff do need to elevate their voices to be heard over the noise of a busy pier and convey important safety information.
Recommended ! Cruised to Tower Bridge seeing the sights with great commentary then put the after burners on and sped down to Canary Wharf. Great experience with great crew.

We really enjoyed the Thames RIB Experience. The high speed ride was a lot of fun and the crew of John and Denis was friendly and did a good job of pointing out all the sights and telling us about each one along the way. We’ve been to London many times and seen all the sights but this trip gave us a totally different view of London looking at the whole city from the outside in vs inside out. Highly recommend!
