Dagstur med motorbåt till Uros och Taquile från Puno

Låt dig hänföras av Titicacasjön, lär känna de flytande öarna i Uros och ön Taquile på bästa sätt (med motorbåt) och med en lokal researrangör med mer än 10 års erfarenhet. I Uros kommer vi att få en förklaring från guiden och en invånare i Uros om aspekter av dess arkitektur, historia, kultur, ekonomi och mer; Vi kan också åka i en typisk båt (tillval). samt att kunna utforska ön på egen hand. I Taquile kommer vi att njuta av den majestätiska utsikten över sjön och en show med danser och levande musik av invånarna. Vi kommer att smaka på en utsökt lokal lunch med utsikt över sjön. Vi kommer också att ha ledig tid så att du kan utforska ön Taquile. Under hela turen kommer vi att upptäcka mer om historien, kulturen, ekologin och traditionerna för befolkningen i Titicacasjön.

Efter att ha hämtat våra besökare från deras hotell, åker vi i en bekväm och snabb båt till de flytande öarna i Uros, där vi kommer att besöka 2 öar av de mer än 90 öarna som utgör "Urosöarna", vi kommer att ha en dynamisk förklaring av en del av guiden och en lokal bosättare i Uros om hur de bygger sina öar och allt om deras imponerande kultur. Där kan vi också ta en lokal båttur (Valfritt). Vi kommer att ha ledig tid så att du kan utforska ön Uros. Sedan fortsätter vi resan till den naturliga ön Taquile (1 ½ timmes navigering).
Efter ankomsten till Taquile tar vi en kort promenad till den övre delen av ön (ca 30 minuter), varifrån vi kommer att kunna uppskatta sjöns oändlighet och all dess prakt, vi kommer att lära oss mer om dess textilier , danser, invånare och seder. För att sedan gå till restaurangen med utsikt över sjön, där vi kommer att smaka på en lokal lunch (Quinoasoppa som förrätt och Stekt öring som bakgrund med en sida av ris, pommes frites och sallad, förutom varma infusioner. Taquile deklarerades av UNESCO som "Mänsklighetens immateriella kulturarv", spinning och vävning utförs främst av män, som börjar utföra denna konst från 8 års ålder. Genom dessa tyger och kläder visar invånarna i Taquile sin civilstånd, beroende på färger, storlekar och användningssätt.

We spent a wonderful day on Lake Titicaca with Puno Tours. The organization was perfect from start to finish: a smooth boat ride, delicious food, and a very knowledgeable tour guide. Highly recommended.
Everybody was on time starting a nice lady who met us at hotel. Diane was great. Then a trip to the Port and a start of an 8 hrs tour. The boat was comfortable, the guide knowledgeable, spoke good English. His Spanish was great, too. All visited places were beautiful. Of course, it was all for the tourists, but we liked it. The company is very reliable and communicates well.
The visit to Uros was very interesting to see the life of its inhabitants, and they 'invite' you for 15 soles to take a ride on the lake in a small boat and buy their handicrafts. From there, for me, the rest is unnecessary. They take you to the island of Taquile; it takes 1.5 hours to get there, you climb to the top, eat at a small restaurant (the food is good), and then you come back down, which takes another 1.5 hours. In total, you have wasted 5 hours for nothing of interest.
Taquile. These guys are so professional yet at the same time very personal. I did a full day private boat tour from Casa Andina, fantastic hotel, right on the edge of the lake where they pick you up. Visited lesser tourist, floating islands on the way to Taquile, where we did a great walk from the dock up to a local restaurant. Fantastic guide who explained so much about the lake and about how people live work and survive here. Could not have been a more perfect trip. You really feel immersed in the lake and the local culture. I can’t speak highly enough for them and they can customize whatever kind of tour you want as they did for me.! Everything was perfect; the guide in Spanish and English was very knowledgeable, and the places were very appropriate. The lunch was very delicious, and although drinks are not included, it is very economical and recommended.

The floating islands are something else. Yes it is a little voyeuristic but the inhabbitants need tourism to keep their way of life going. Not sure the visit to the 3rd island adds that much, it is very pretty, has great views etc but to be fair on many levels, altitude aside, you could be on any med island.
