Melanie communicated with great details before and during the journey to Heathrow. She even brought books about Windsor and let us listen to a podcast while we were in route. Super efficient and friendly service!
Melanie arrived to the airport on time. She spoke with our group, there were 6 of us, about what options we had to tour on the way to the airport. Melanie made suggestions of places in Windsor to shop and eat, plus the best place to see the changing of the guard. Overall it was a very good experience.cruise

The service was excellent. Melanie arrived on time to pick us up at the port. She guided us during our visit to Stonehenge and, on the way to the hotel, she stopped at a pharmacy so that some of the passengers could buy medication, which was much appreciated. 100% recommended.
It was nice but the weather was windy and chilly. Melanie gave us clear instructions where to go first abd she’s a very great driver and tour guide. I will hire her again.
