Driver ever showed up, claimed the appointment was for 9 a.m. it was for 8 a.m. We waited until 8:40 and the office never answered our phone calls. We wound up paying nearly $200 for the taxi to Heathrow. Note that was nearly $150 cheaper than the Trip Advisor/Viator price we paid. Live and learn.
As we have stated, we have provided evidence by sending you proof of your reservation details and the vehicle tracking. You have made force allegations as it has been confirmed that you did book for 9 am, because you have been denied a refund you are making force allegations against the service. as the evidence has been provided that the vehicle arrived at the location at 8:55 am and that you have confirmed that you left the terminal at 8:40 am on your own accord. regarding the fair that you claim that you paid for the taxi ride to the airport this cannot be confirmed because no proof of payment has been provided. as you have lied in this review that you scheduled your pick up time for 8 am. I can only imagine that everything else that you have stated is incorrect.
