Our driver was on time at the terminal and very patient in the traffic infested 4 hour drive to London!
Honestly I felt price gauged for this service. This transfer ended up costing over $700 when the trip to South Hampton was around $250. We felt like we had no choice but to pay for this service as taking the train was not an option for us. The driver was nice and courteous. I did feel like the trip took twice as long. Although I don't know London all that well I felt like we didn't take the most direct route to our destination. I honestly am disapointed because we use Viator for most of our excursions while traveling and this has somewhat turned me off knowing the price variations.

Due to your final destination in London being in the Westin London City Hotel east London, this was the correct service. Yes, the price is higher than usual. This is to cover the additional time it takes to get into East London from Southampton. In looking at the vehicle tracker, the driver took the most central route; however, the reason that this service is higher than others is simply because of the time it takes to get to the final address. Southampton is located in Southwest of England, and your hotel is located in East London, therefore, the driver has to cut through the whole of London, and unfortunately this part of London is very difficult and very time-consuming to get in and out of. The average time from Southampton to central London is two hours, but if being dropped off in East London, this could take an additional 40 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes extra.
