On time pickup at Southampton cruise terminal. Friendly driver. Clean automobile. No issues with travel to Heathrow.
Our driver met us at the Cruise Terminal soon after we exited. He was personable, friendly, and outgoing. After he took our bags and put them in the trunk, he offered us water because it was a very hot day. The drive to London was about an hour and a half, so after chatting for a while, he said he knew we were probably tired and recommended that we take a nap, which we did. We awoke from our nap and were almost at the airport. The trip was simply a delight, and we highly recommend it.
Pleasant driver. water bottles available. nice, clean, vehicle. Overall, pleasant pickup, good communication and good experience.
The driver started calling us at 7 am to tell us he was there. He then called us four more times when our pickup time was scheduled for 8:30. We couldn't leave the boat until shortly before then. We were off the boat by 8:20. The driver was swerving all over the road and left our lane into other lanes more than once. The drivers passing us looked very concerned because of how bad the driving was. I was sitting beside a window of the van and watched as he continuously went back and forth over the white dividing line between the lanes. All four of us felt very unsafe.
Ravi was communicative, punctual and friendly. He safely got us to the airport and even offered candy and cold drinks!
