Ta tillfället i akt att njuta av en unik chans att gå bakom det forsande vattenfallet. Det är bäst att ha bra skor och vattentäta kläder eftersom det kan vara en blöt, kall men spännande upplevelse. Bilresan från Reykjavik är 1 timme och 45 minuter.
Ett av de mest berömda fotograferade vattenfallen på Island där många film- eller tv-scener filmades som Game of Thrones. Skogafoss är ett 60 meter stort vattenfall som du kan se på nära håll. Det finns också en möjlighet att se vattnet från ovan genom att klättra uppför trapphuset på sidan av vattenfallet. Bilresan från Seljalandsfoss är 20 min.
Du kan ta en utsikt över vulkanen som bröt ut 2010. Det är en lugn och magnifik syn. Resenärer kan göra ett snabbt stopp eller välja att bara passera.
Det är den närmaste glaciären som kan ses när man beger sig till söder om Island eftersom det är ett utlopp från en gigantisk ismýrdalsjökull.
Denna kuststräcka är prydd med fantastiska landskap som kommer att göra alla besökare imponerade. Det är den södra delen av Island. Resenärer kommer att ha en utsikt från toppen av den populära kyrkan med utsikt över den magnifika horisonten som sträcker sig till Reynisfjara-stranden. Detta är ett bra stopp för förfriskningar. Vik är ca. 30 min bort från Skogafoss och eftersom detta är sista stoppet tar bilresan hem 2,5 timmar
Detta är det sista stoppet på resplanen innan du går tillbaka till huvudstaden. Detta är en annan populär plats och vanligtvis trångt under rusningstid, så det är bäst att planera stoppet klokt. Resenärer kommer att se magnifika basaltpelare. Vid lågvatten kan de bege sig till grottan som vetter mot havet. Stranden är kraftfull och farlig så det är bäst att hålla ett säkert avstånd. Den svarta sanden är naturligt gjord av pulveriserad lava.

My husband and I had a fantastic South Coast Tour of Iceland with Dan. We visited two beautiful waterfalls, walked up to a glacier, enjoyed a lovely lunch in Vík at a great brewery, and stopped at the stunning black sand beach near Vík. Dan was an excellent driver and guide, and the Icelandic landscape throughout the tour was absolutely unbelievable. We highly recommend this tour.
We had an amazing day on our South Coast tour! Our guide, Dan, was fantastic — knowledgeable, friendly, and full of great stories. He shared so much about Iceland’s history and culture along the way and made sure we didn’t miss a single beautiful sight. We enjoyed a great lunch, lots of laughs, and truly had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Highly recommend this tour — and especially Dan!
This was an amazing trip of fire and ice, erupting volcanoes to grand glacier caves, surreal hidden waterfalls which danced to the tunes of the winds and landscape so beautiful that we had to pinch ourselves to check if we are dreaming. Iceland is grand but we had the optimum experience due to Iceland on wheels’ from the time Deyan Nikolov picked us up from the airport till the entire stay he was amazing. He was professional patient and courteous but at the same time very realistic and gave us the facts straight and did not sugarcoat the challenges ahead for the weather is a temperamental mistress in Iceland and is finicky. Deyan opened doors to magical spots where the normal tourists were scarce and was great with a camera too😊. He showed us the best places to eat and the awesome places and what time of the day to visit them and I doubt if the trip would have been as grand if not for him. The man started as a driver then a guide and cameraman and a couple day later became part of the family and a brother. If you plan on Iceland, look up Deyan and I hope for your sake he is available and if he is you will have a trip of a lifetime, cheers!

Great tour, some fantastic sights, my highlight was the glacier. Deyan was an excellent guide very informative, good value for money and much better than the standard coach tours, it more personal and relaxed. Highly recommended.
