I had the most amazing experience! Thanks to my fantastic guide, Yousef, I was able to see very unique parts of the souk and visit different quarters (leather, brass, etc.) But this wasn't just a generic shopping tour: Yousef told me so much about Moroccan history and traditions, he showed me some traditional techniques still used in the souk for production (for example wool colouring and weaving, argan oil production, and many more fascinating things). I was able to ask a lot of questions and I really feel the tour was personalised and "custom-made" for me: because thanks to Yousef's vast knowlwdge, I was able to discuss the topics that I find really fascinating and find answers to many things I've been wanting to learn about . My guide took me to amazing stalls for exactly the good quality products I wanted to buy, and I really appreciate the possibility to pay by card in the shops (I asked for this as I was low on cash). Yousef is not only an amazing guide, but also a very kind person: I came rushing and sweating to the tour and he was so kind to get me a bottle of water - thank you so much for that. This is a tour you will remember forever. Don't hesitate to book - you will be truly amazed. You will not find a better guide in Marrakech!

Very nice walk with Medhi, with whom we walked through the neighborhoods of real artisans. He knew how to be available and step back when needed. Truly a superb experience, a big thank you to him.

We ended up left in the souk. Bikes up and down the small alleyway, no warning or bothered that you are there. Strangers walking too close behind you people dragging you into shops and hassling you. No way out of the heat

As a seasoned traveler, i can confidently say that Youssef is a world class guide. A journey through the souks of Marrakesh is not something that can be properly described using written language. It is stepping into a fast moving river of sounds, smells, colors, fabrics, and people. All of your senses are working over time to make sense of the beauty inside the chaos. There is no map that will allow you to navigate this labyrinth of the souks seamlessly. There is no app that can show you the right way. It is an analogue maze that overflows with fascinating history and breathes with a current life of craftsmanship in truest and most raw form. Having Youssef as our guide is truly the component that made our visit magical. it could not have been just anybody, It had to be him. Youssef’s guidance allowed us to absorb this experience in a way that my family of six still talks about regularly to this day. He was our teacher. He was our guardian and his presence was so warm and comfortable that he felt like a friend. Traveling with a group of six is not easy to do anywhere. During our tour, Youssef had total awareness of our entire group at all times. He would frequently check-in and offer options of things to explore as they arose. It became obvious that this was not a cookie cutter tour, It was a choose your own adventure. We have never felt so safe and so cared for in such unfamiliar and intense environment. His expertise with people became obvious when i looked over to see our three teenagers intently listening to every one of Youssef’s words as he painted a picture in colorful detail of how this place came to be what it is today. Articulate, Knowledgeable , Enthusiastic. So amazing that we hired him again for the next day! We count the days until we can return to Marrakech and Youssef. This time we plan to stay at his amazing Riad that he rents to travelers. You can ask him for pics and see if it’s available. if you are going to stay in Marrakesh, it’s fantastic option. We booked via get your guide following great reviews. Youssef was absolutely fantastic. The meeting place was very easy to find, and youssef gave us a WhatsApp message to confirm the booking and remind us where to meet. As soon as we met we instantly felt welcomed and knew our afternoon would be fantastic. Youssef asked us where we wanted to go what did we want to shop for and instantly knew the best places to go. We had a fab tour of local shops, local history, we went down streets we never knew existed for tourists and every shop we went in we were warmly welcomed. Booking Youssef meant we had the best of everything, shopping, history tour, and we had limited bother whilst in the square and in the souks. Absolutely fabulous get booking!

Youssef was a wonderful guide through the Souks of Marrakech. He included history, culture, and do’s and dont’s while traveling in Marrakech. He also gave us tips on safe places for tourists and merchandise recommendation. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience.

My children and I met Yusif at the location given and were amazed at how knowledgeable he was about the area. We just walked and chatted easily around the Souks, soaking up his knowledge as we went. It was fun, informative and very enjoyable. He’s great at his job and his passion for his country shines through. The hours just flew bye and we came away knowing and seeing much more than we did before. Definitely recommend this tour and our guide Yusif.

This was our second shopping tour in the Old Medina of Marrakech, and once again it exceeded our expectations. The guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and helped us discover authentic shops and talented local artisans. We learned a lot about Moroccan craftsmanship and enjoyed exploring hidden corners of the medina that we would never have found on our own. The experience was well organized, enjoyable, and completely stress-free. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic shopping experience in the Old Medina of Marrakech.

This was our first time in Marrakech and wanted to see the Souks and the Medina without getting completely lost or overwhelmed. The minute we met Youssef we felt instantly calm. It was a super hot morning (already 39 degrees) and we'd rushed to get to our meeting point (very easy to find and central) due to traffic. Youssef asked what we'd hoped for from the tour with varying requests from bags/belts/jewellery and spices. Youssef tailored our tour to those requests and even helped us get our leather goods sent to our hotel at an even lower price than we'd attempted! If we had done the souks ourselves I think we would've easily got lost and over stimulated pretty quickly, especially with it being so warm. He was patient and we felt like we were in incredibly safe hands as four women travelling in a small group. Highly highly recommend, wear comfortable footwear and be prepared to experience the labyrinth of the souks!

A very nice experience in the souks of the old medina of Marrakech. The guide was friendly, professional, and introduced us to small artisan shops that we would never have found on our own. Among the spices, carpets, lanterns, and local products, the atmosphere was incredible. An authentic, friendly visit, perfect for discovering the true Moroccan culture.
