Vi avgår från Fan Pier Marina och hissar seglen, sedan är det bara att chilla och koppla av. Ta dig bort från stadens gators liv och rörelse och njut av lite kvalitetstid ute på vattnet med oslagbar utsikt över skymningen. Drycker finns att köpa ombord via kontanter, kredit eller Apple Pay - vår meny innehåller flera öl som bryggs här i Boston! Vi erbjuder även cocktails gjorda på lokalt destillerad sprit. Snacks och väska luncher är välkomna, men vänligen inga kylare eller utomhus drycker. Det finns ingen formell berättelse under våra offentliga seglingar, men fråga gärna kaptenen och besättningen så delar de gärna med sig av sin kunskap om lokala landmärken och historia.

Because we operate on a fixed schedule and need to be fair to all of our guests, our schooner must depart at the advertised time and unfortunately cannot be held for late arrivals. We always try to encourage our guests to arrive 15-30 minutes before departure time so they don't miss their sail. We appreciate your understanding and hope you will consider joining us on a future sail.

The staff were rude and kept nagging me for texting on my phone. First of all, you’re staff, not my teacher. Second, I was texting not making a phone call so it wasn’t disturbing anyone on the boat.

We booked tickets for a sunset sail just a few hours before departure and were genuinely excited for the experience. On our way there, we got caught in unexpectedly heavy traffic related to the World Cup events in the city. We called ahead to let the company know we were running late, and were told they could hold the boat for a few minutes. Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, we arrived about 10 minutes after departure. I completely understand that departures need to stay on schedule, and I was not asking for a refund. I simply called afterward to see if our tickets could be moved to another sailing on a different night, even a less popular one, since we had just purchased them and missed the departure due to circumstances beyond our control. I was told that the owner strictly enforces the 48-hour cancellation policy and that no accommodations could be made. As a result, the tickets were forfeited entirely. While companies certainly have the right to enforce their policies, I was disappointed by the lack of flexibility or goodwill in this situation. A one-time reschedule would have gone a long way toward creating a positive customer experience. Potential customers should be aware that if anything unexpected happens, there appears to be little room for accommodation, even when requesting only a future sailing rather than a refund.

We have a clearly stated policy indicating we do not provide refunds or rescheduling within 48 hours of your sail time. You acknowledged this policy when you purchased your tickets. I would like to note your tickets were not purchased through Viator, though I appreciate you coming here to leave a review. Viator also would not have provided you a refund/reschedule as they have a strict cancellation policy as well.
Our family had a great experience. Captain Jasper, Logan and Jessica were wonderful! Very friendly and helpful. The ship was amazing. The sunset views from the ship are beautiful. As promised drinks were available and reasonably priced. We recommend taking a sweater or sweatshirt as it does get windy and chilly.
