We booked this tour last minute and only self guided was avaiable. As we arrived to collect our tickets, they let us know that they were adding another guided tour. We chose that option and waited a little for that tour to start. David was our tour guide, he is from the University. He was so knowledgeable, and explained about the history. He discussed the chapel in depth amd walked us in the St Peter's where ended the tour. Highly recommend.
ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BOOK THESE GUYS! They do not reply to your messages, was not clear as to where to go or meet. Most likely a scam. Spare yourself the hassle
The tour guide was excellent. St. Peter’s basilica was amazing. The museum was great. Very interesting
We were forced to find an alternative tour because a different booking sold us tickets with a tour months in advance and then when we were already in Rome were told they couldn’t get our tickets. So we searched last minute and found this booking which made good on their promise and saved our trip! Took off a star because they posted the meeting point as line pinecone ct which is already inside the Vatican! Thankfully a volunteer from out in front showed us the street that all these companies operate from and we were able to find their address because it listed a suite number in the comments. If you book with them just make sure you know where to go for your tickets so you don’t stand in line forever for nothing! The tour itself was very nice and the guide was very knowledgeable.
The Vatican was absolutely beautiful! The only regret I have is that I went solo and I would love to have had a friend to share the experience with.I
We were so lucky to find this so we could visit the Vatican during the holiday weekend. It was a little confusing to know how to get the tickets since the ticket said I could go straight to the Vatican museum but it was very easy and conveniently located to pick up the tickets! So glad we were able to have this experience!
Do not trust this tour company whatsoever. We got approached by them in the Vatican and bought tickets, we were taken to a store to pay and waited outside at 1045 as they informed us the tour was supposed to start at 11. We then waited 45 mins before they started the tour and while speaking to others booked on the same tour we found out that they paid less than us. We had more than 20 people in our group after they added a family of more than 6 people without checking how many were in the group before. We got to the tour guide and they started handing out tickets. The person I was with did not get a ticket and we asked them to provide the person with a ticket however they told us we would have to wait until 1230 for the next tour!! Especially as we had a flight later that day we didn’t want to do anything later. We had already waited 45 mins to start the tour which was ridiculous. The person working at this company was very aggressive and rude to the person I was with and would not leave her alone after she asked for a refund. She was left alone in the Vatican as she did not get a ticket and all in all DO NOT book with this tour company as the person I was with missed out on the one thing they wanted to see most in Rome. Terrible experience and would not recommend. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Good choice if you are in need of last minute tickets and do not want to risk waiting in the line for too long. Very overpriced and costumer support is not great, you always have to be careful with this kind of offers. Buying tickets in advance is definately the best ideia, but to me this was a life saver. The Sistine Chapel is a must in Rome.

Vatican City is well worth a visit. Some of the art and frescos on the way round are equally as impressive as the Sistine Chapel. We thought the view of St Peter’s Basilica and across St Peter’s Square was magnificent, particularly from Via Del La Conciliozone. Wednesdays is often a Papal address, which we were lucky enough to get there in time for. We did not have a guided tour, but it seems that everyone has to follow the same route and go at the same pace (I think the place is crowded, whenever you go!) so I think we saw everything there was to see. However, we cold not explore the gardens of VC as we had hoped, as to did not seem possible to access that part of the city once we came out of the Sistine Chapel. It is possible there was access if we’d had done it first, but we are not sure - we just followed everyone else!!

These guys just lied. They said they had a special entrance and could get us into St. Peter’s Basilica in 15 minutes. That was not true. They took us to the “skip the line” line and then proceeded to push their way through the crowd to try to get us in quickly. Took over an hour. I appreciate it was a difficult day with the jubilee, but they could have told the truth from the beginning - they don’t have a special entrance. There is a regular line and a skip the line line.
