Admittance desk was not letting us in after an hour in traffic because your delivery if the ticket was not accessible. Thank goodness another person could help us access the tickets on my phone.

We really enjoyed the Orsay Museum much more than the Louve. It is so easy to navigate and less crowded. It’s a beautiful building and has a great variety of artworks. Only complaint is I had to have WhatsApp or internet access to get our tickets compared to other viator tickets you add to your wallet. It really frazzled us upon entry.

The actual tickets were hard to download for me. I saved them in my apple wallet.. However, the admission agent at the Museum had to use my phone and ok my entry. Whether she actually found my tickets, I am not sure.

The museum is in a lovely old building and the impressionist paintings for just great. The ticket through visitor felt like a rip off and much more expensive than normal entry but we appeared to be too late booking a slot. However, lots of people did appear to be getting in on the day with no booking.

Difficulty getting tickets in a timely manner via WhatsApp and when they were sent were NOT fast track. This option is NOT available at the D’Orsay. The Priority queue is for Members only. These tickets were more than twice the price of the Museum Entry fee which is 16 euros. You should book tickets directly with the museum, as these are the official tickets you are eventually sent anyway. I have taken this up with both Vistor and Dream Fly some weeks ago and they are still offering this “sham” experience. Shame on them! I would have given zero stars had that been an option. In spite of this shocking experience the Musee D’Orsay was amazing, exceeded expectations and we would definitely revisit but not with Viator!!

It was an amazing experience! The process was smooth and efficient, allowing me to skip the long lines and get straight into exploring the beautiful art collections. The staff was friendly and professional, making the whole visit stress-free and enjoyable. I highly recommend this service to anyone wanting to make the most of their time at the Orsay Museum!

I had more trouble than usual obtaining my online tickets. Was suppose to use WhatsApp, but did not know how. Also, I thought they were time specific, they were not. Bit there was no line. D'Orsay, still amazing.

Phenomenal museum! Loved the displays, use the map to tick off where you’ve been to make sure none are missed. To get the full effect I recommend an actual guide or optional headphones.

We had a wonderful experience visiting the Musée d’Orsay. The fast-track entry made everything so easy and convenient, especially since we were able to avoid a long wait and spend more time enjoying the museum. The museum itself is absolutely beautiful, with an incredible collection of artwork and a fantastic atmosphere. Everything was well organized, and the entry process was smooth and hassle-free. If you’re visiting Paris and want to make the most of your time, I highly recommend this experience. It was definitely worth it and made our visit to the Musée d’Orsay even more enjoyable!
