My reservation were changed to different time then canceled
GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE or book directly through the Frida Kahlo Museum website Planned my trip to Mexico City centered around visiting the Kahlo museum, only to find out the DAY OF only one hour before that my booking had been cancelled. The guide asked me if I had availability at 4:30 and when I responded asking what happened they never returned my message.
We were scheduled for 3:30 & when we arrived we were told they changed it to 4:15. We were also told that the tickets we were sent were not valid.
