The lady was amazing we learnt so much from her and the experience of seeing the last supper and the city tour after is just the icing on top

The cathedral is so amazing, with the terrace view being cherry on the cake,stunned with the masterclass architecture, must visit, Tip- plan in advance at it sold out days before. I got lucky to secure my tickets with the viator as planned for my itinerary in milan. No shorts allowed.

Experience was not great! Booked this tour night before thinking I got lucky there was still the full tour at a decent price. The next morning, got a message saying that they overbooked the terrace access portion and that I should reschedule for 2 days later. I told them that was not possible since we won't be in town, so they offered a partial refund if we just did the other part of the tour. We agreed a couple hours before the tour. When we showed up 15 mins before, we could not find any contact and had no messages from the company. We messaged them about 10 mins before the tour. It took them 20 minutes to send our actual tickets with the audio guide. The audio guide is on a separate app that seemed to stop playing every 2-3 mins unless the app was open on your phone. Don't get tricked like us!

Since the reconfirmation received last minute & tickets are issued directly by the attraction, there can occasionally be last-minute delays, especially so close to your scheduled time.

It is self guided. We got instructions on the day of the tour which we didn't get a chance to read until we got there because we were in transit. Make sure you bring your own headphones and wear appropriate clothes. No knees or shoulders showing. My partner wore shorts and i left my ear pods back at the hotel. Also we had to download an app to access the audio guide. We feel we didn't really get the experience we paid for.

Trip advisor purchased tickets came up as on the blacklist at the cathederal as they were registered for a different date, be careful of buying them from here
