Mrs Jae Song was a wonderful, knowledgeable guide, who adapted the programme to our preferences. It was really great to see the highlights of Busan with someone who knows the city inside out. From the dragon palace temple to Gamcheon cultural village, having lunch at Jagalchi fishmarket and so much more. It was a splendid tour!

Thank you for an excellent small group tour discovering Busan! Jay Song, our lovely tour guide led us through the day with good knowledge of Busan, Korean culture, daily life and history. She picked us up at the hotel, and let us discover the Haedong Younggungsa Temple, Gamcheon Culture Village, Busan Tower and markets. She served us water and icecream in the heat. At lunchtime we went to a really good Korean Barbeque restaurant, before going to Songdo Ocean Cable Car, and finally the Dongbaek park. We could not have asked for a better guide than Jay Song. Cheerful, with excellent service and care! Loved it all!

Amazing day around Busan with guide Jay Song. She was easy going, with a great sense of humor and knowledgeable. Despite hot weather she guided us efficiently and safely to some of Busans highlights. Highly recommend to go to her suggested Korean bbq for lunch, it was delicious!

Great start seeing a temple and then different parts of Busan from the markets to the APEC centre. Luke was a great guide very friendly and kind, spoke excellent English and was patient with our two children as well. He went out of his way to stop at a shop when I requested to pick up some Korean whiskey as a gift. Would definitely recommend him to others. Vehicle was clean and AC worked well.

We had a nice small group of 4 people in all. We were very well looked after by Luke. He was thoughtful to the older members in the group. He was friendly and chatty and there was a good vibe to the group. There was a good mix of sights he took us to keeping us informed as we went, about Korean life in general as well as the sights we were visiting. I would definitely recommend this tour and Luke as a guide.

We had a wonderful day touring Busan with our guide Jay Song. She was incredibly knowledgeable, punctual, friendly, and spoke excellent English. She truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and memorable day visiting the key sights of Busan. The viewpoints she showed us from Gamcheon Cultural village were truly amazing! She also took great care of us, introduced us to local snacks like potato mozzarella hot dog (my daughter loved it!) and ensured we got the best pictures and even clicked photos from her phone and sent us afterwards. Do not hesitate to book a tour with her! A special thank you to her for personally assisting us with purchasing tickets for the famous Sky capsule train ride as the tickets on the website were sold out! But her prompt service was helpful and she secured tickets for us on the day of the tour and we could tick off one more iconic activity of Busan. We left Busan with a huge smile on our faces and very content with the entire tour. Highly recommended!

This was one of the best tours in our South Korea trip.Each and every part of Busan which needed to be seen was included.And our guide Mina was simply awesome.She explained about every place we visited and took extremely good care of us. This tour was exciting and educational. We learned more about Busan and fall in love with it. Our guide, Luke was knowledgeable, attentive, friendly and kind. We took out the Blue-line capsule from his itinerary since we took it the day before and added the white fox village. He was accompanying our request and considerate to our needs. I highly recommend this tour if you are visiting Busan. If you are lucky, you will be guided by Luke. 😊
