Trastevere anses vara hjärtat i det traditionella romerska köket. Här kommer vi att uppleva traditionen med små familjedrivna ädelstenar, samtidigt som vi lär känna stora kockar som tolkade det romerska köket med förfining och smak. Allt du smakar är gjorda av ekologiska eller lokalt framställda ingredienser som vi noggrant hade valt ut genom att vara de bästa i staden. Upplevelsen är en kombination av traditionell och kreativ gourmetmat. Highligh är en kreativ bistro där guiden tillsammans med kocken lär dig hur du förbereder det mest berömda romerska receptet. När du avslutar turnén på en exceptionell gourmetgelateria, kommer din guide att informera dig om viktiga tips för att säkerställa att du får ut det mesta av varje dag i Rom.

This amazing experience gets my warmest recommendation. Lucca, our guide was friendly, welcoming could in a fun and exciting way, tell about the different places we visited on our foodtour. All the food we tasted was exquisite and tasted heavenly. Really much value for money and a really good way to try various local dishes.
The experience was excellent; it was a very good idea to take this tour since it took us off the beaten path in Rome and transported us to more everyday places outside of what is the tourist trap. If you want to experience the everyday, something different and authentic without having to get too far from the busiest tourist area, this tour is a must. It was our salvation when we were already fed up with pizza and pasta😅. We even had some time left over on our last day of the trip and we repeated it on our own. Everything was delicious. Recommended 💯
Nice experience and a totally fantastic way to have dinner in Rome - with plenty of Italian specialities and local anecdotes. Luca is a charismatic, knowledgeable and humorous guide who made sure everyone had a really nice trip. We give our warmest recommendations.

Luca was an awesome host and guide of this 3-hour tour. There were only 3 of us on this particular tour so it was really like hiring a personal guide! We traveled the narrow streets of Trastevere and sampled a wonderful variety of delicious Roman specialties. Luca's knowledge of the history of the area and his easy-going manner made this comfortably-paced tour one of the best we've done. He has great relationships with the vendors and you can tell Luca really loves what he does.
A perfect three-hour tour of great Roman food, enriched with stories from Barbara, who talks about the Trastevere district through the lens of her favorite spots. The places we visited for food are authentic, often without signs and impossible for a tourist to find on their own. Barbara, thank you and congratulations!
