Vi kommer att besöka gamla Reynolds Square och här berättelserna om Olde Pink House och offren som dog av malaria på torget. det kan vara lite historiskt och lite läskigt.
Vi kommer att stanna till vid Lucas teater en kort stund och höra dess historia.
Vi kommer att stanna utanför Owens Thomas House och höra historien om huset och slavkvarteren. Huset är också ett museum som du kan besöka men som inte ingår i rundturen. Om du är intresserad pausa turnén och besök. Tryck bara på play för att fortsätta.
Vi kommer att stanna utanför Davenport-huset och höra historien. Och efter det ska vi bege oss in på torget i Colombia och se den gamla historiska fontänen.
Vi kommer att stanna på Wrights square och höra historien om Tomochichi, chefen som hjälpte till att etablera staden Savannah. Vi ska lära oss om är grav och statyn som nu står mitt på torget.

The lady narrating tries to be funny-she really isn’t. Sometimes the directions are not easy to follow-especially when she says “facing”
It is a decent introduction to some of the squares of the city. Would have liked a little more of the history, though.
We got to walk the squares. Introduction to the city on foot. The narrator was awful. Needs to be edited. Remove comments about the drinking Irish, not cool.
Squares were beautiful but map needed Maybe there was a map but did not see it Train tooting annoying Least favorite viator tour
Visited the US eastern seaboard and several popular cities with much history. I’m not much for walking with crowds, I like doing things at my own pace, ooooh and paying less money by the way is always a bonus. WalknTours was the solution as we roamed Savannah, GA. I thought this particular download tour within the WalknTours app was good, informative and had good narration. I think the tour could have been a little longer though and we did manage to work around some directional issues that potentially could disorient people. In either case, it was a fun, beautiful and enjoyable stroll in historic Savannah, GA. Not sure how some of the other walking tour downloads are within the app but I’ll find out in the future and best of luck to you Greg Dunn as you further develop this app and your tiny business.
It has been a month since we returned from Savannah, and both my wife and I remember this tour as one of the highlights. It was lively and fun, while at the same time got us familiar with the downtown area with all its juicy folk stories. Highly recommended.
I love being able to go at my own pace and decide how much information that I want to hear about a particular site. It is really nice to be able to pause the to when I want to go into a shop or get a refreshment when I want. The historical information is informative and interesting. The directions to stay on the toyr are easy to follow.
A great deal of content and very easy to follow. We were able to start and stop at our convenience. This was an inexpensive and enjoyable way to learn about this wonderful city.
The stories and history of the public squares gave insight on how Savannah grew. The ability to do a “deep dive” on certain locations were fun and well done. Seeing the birthplace of the Girl Scouts was a memorable moment.
Great sites and very informative! Wish we had more time. It was a quick trip but very worthwhile! Will do this again in the future.
