Too crowded, too expensive, demeaning to the glorious art and history Very rushed just because you skip the line, it is a very overcrowded public experience The subway stations in Tokyo are less crowded!
you booked your tour in a high season between Christmas and new year its not us who decided and use your common sense when you travelling in this season what to expect and this is vatican city not alaska actually there are less mannerless people around the world who just like to give others bad review
Rushed. Hard to understand guide. Not enough time in Sistine Chapel. Did not get to see much of the museum.
in winter if you say that what would be the summer for you ? next time please reserve a private tour or whole vatican for yourself so instead of 40000 people you can visit alone wont be any rush than
We loved the journey and history but there was so much we could not see. Our host was excellent and very informative. Also helpful with my slow speed due to leg injury.

Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and welcoming. He guided the group through the very crowded Colosseum and Forum with skill and was friendly and informative. We highly recommend this tour and our guide!

This company was awful! No details on where to meet. We had to message Viator several times and it was still confusing. The title said “semi-private” -not true- we were as big as every tour there- almost 30 people! The company was unorganized and very frustrating. Caroline our guide was incredible and we were grateful to have her -especially after the nightmare trying to get started

It was easy going to the meet address and having a guide do it all for you. The tour was very well done by our guide. The downside is the large groups of people in tiny spaces. So many tours at once. It was over whelming at times. Our guide was amazing and the knowledge and stories were very informative.
