Susana was an amazing guide with tremendous amounts of knowledge of everywhere we went. She was very accommodating and extremely fun. She really made this a special trip for us.
Susana was very friendly. Lot's of smiles and coversation. She has great knowledge of all the sites she showed us. HUGE amount of energy.
We had the best time exploring Sintra with Nuno! From the moment we started the tour, he was friendly, welcoming, and very knowledgeable. He shared fascinating stories and history about the castles, landmarks, and beautiful viewpoints, making the experience much more meaningful. We loved exploring the stunning castles, historic areas, and hidden gems of Sintra at a comfortable pace. Nuno also gave us a fantastic recommendation for a local lunch spot, which turned out to be a wonderful part of our day. This was a perfect family experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Sintra!

We absolutely loved Susanna and the day we got to spend together! She was friendly, very knowledgeable, and she made the entire day so much fun for the whole family. For our first full day in Portugal, we could not have had a better experience! Nuno so knowledgeable and kind. He shared great tidbits of history, culture and fun facts. He brought us to the Palace and Sintra and was excellent at showing the best areas for our family to enjoy. Then we were off to Caiscas and loved it there as well. Fantastic tour!

I reached out to the company to see if they could pick us up at the cruise port with all of our bags, then take us to Sintra, Cascais, and a stop at Belém on the way to the hotel. They said “No problem.” We were fortunate to get Nuno as our guide. He loaded up our bags in the back of a Mercedes van then off we went! He explained all of the history on the way to Sintra and it was so interesting. We made it to Pena Palace first and he was so good at taking our pictures in the best spots at the castle. Then we went into town and walked to Regaleira Palace, which is uphill and not for the faint of heart but it basically is a pedestrian area, no cars. Luckily it wasn’t terribly hot that day. He showed us all around the Palace and grounds, the Initiation Well, etc. By then, we were starving and he offered for us to eat in Sintra or down by the sea in Cascais. We opted for Cascais and he took us to the BEST restaurant right on the water and we had delicious food and finished off a bottle of the “green wine” (IYKYK 😉). Then we headed back to Lisbon and stopped at the Tower, the Explorers monument, and Pasteis de Belém for the famous pastry. Then he dropped us off at our hotel. I forgot my jacket in the back seat and sent him a message to just keep it or give it a way if he found it but he actually brought it all the way back to our hotel! Such a sweetheart! We thoroughly enjoyed our day with Nuno. The company is great to work with and I would definitely use them again without hesitation. And we ❤️ Nuno—best guide ever!

Nunno was an incredible tour guide. Very knowledgeable and personable. The sights in Sintra are outstanding and this was the highlight of our visit to Lisbon. The private tour was 1st class from the door to door service from our hotel and all of the personal tips and stories and details as we moved from sight to sight. I can’t imagine trying to visit Sintra on my own. Be forewarned that there is a lot of strenuous walking and climbing involved, but well worth it!

Nunno was an outstanding tour guide for our private tour of Sintra. 1st class service door to door from our hotel and incredible sights to see at Pena Palace, the Moorish Castle, etc. He did everything possible to make the tour as manageable as possible, and it was truly a highlight of our visit to Lisbon, but just to be clear, this tour includes a lot of strenuous walking and climbing. Worth it though!
