Sintra är en turistort vid foten av Sintrabergen i Portugal, nära huvudstaden Lissabon. Länge en kunglig fristad, dess skogsmarker är nu prickade med pastellfärgade gårdar och palats. Palácio Nacional de Sintra, i morisk och manuelinsk stil, utmärks av sina två fantastiska identiska skorstenar och utarbetade kakelarbeten. Pena Nationalpalatset från 1800-talet, beläget på en kulle, är känt för sin extravaganta design och hisnande utsikt.
Pena Nationalpalatset ligger i staden Sintra i Lissabondistriktet i Portugal. Populärt känt helt enkelt som Pena-palatset eller Pena-slottet, representerar det ett av de viktigaste uttrycken för 1800-talets arkitektoniska romantik i världen, och är det första palatset i denna stil i Portugal.
Cabo da Roca är den västligaste punkten på det portugisiska fastlandet och kontinentaleuropa. Det ligger i Colares församling, i Sintra kommun och distriktet Lissabon. Dess geografiska koordinater är N 38º46'51", V 9º30'2". Platsen är tillgänglig för besökare, inte ända ut till slutet, utan till ett område på 140 m höjd.
Cascais är en badort i Portugal, belägen strax väster om Lissabon. Det är känt för sina sandstränder och sin livliga marina. I den historiska stadskärnan ligger den medeltida fästningen Vår Fru av Ljus och Citadelpalatset, en tidigare kunglig tillflyktsort. We had an amazing day in Sintra and Cascais! Our driver Navaz was on time, professional and went out of his way to make sure we got to see everything we wanted! He gave us plenty of time to explore each stop and was always clear about pick up location. He will contact you through WhatsApp, so be aware of that. This was more of a transfer than a guided tour. There isn’t commentary about the stops and our driver dropped us and gave us time to explore on our own with a meeting place afterwards. We appreciated having the tickets already printed to see the Palace and bus transfer to the top. A great way to see a lot of the area in one day! Cabo de Roca is beautiful! A must see!

John was an excellent tour driver and he took us to multiple amazing cities and sights. Sadly, we couldn’t get to Pena Palace due to fires. But, we still had an amazing time!

Miguel was very knowledgeable and very helpful! We really enjoyed our tour with him. When you reach the towns this is a self guided tour however Miguel offered a lot of information on each destination. He even followed up with good restaurant and wine recommendations. Thank you Miguel!
