Had an amazing 1:1 tour with Julia! She was so friendly and knowledgeable! I learned so much visiting Chinatown, the temples and a visit to the Hawker food stands!
Our local tour guide was Juliet and she was outstanding. Our two-hour tour with her passed by very quickly given her insider knowledge of Signapore and the many sites we would never have seen without her. We have been on walking tours in many cities which were all great, but Juliet is the best. We booked with Tripadvisor but Lokafy scheduled our time with Juliet. Lokafy pairs you with local residents who may not be professional guides, but they provide an insiders perspective. Lokafy and guides like Juliet are highly recommended. Thank you Juliet!

Brian was an attentive and knowledgeable and patient guide. He took us to some key sites including the Gardens by the Bay and the Hindu and Buddhist Temples as we had requested. All in all, a great tour and a great guide.

The tour of the city was quickly postponed from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the afternoon by the assigned guide, Daryl Pohl. That was a serious and costly mistake that I agreed to. By the way, he was late! The assigned person named Deryl Pohl had the task as part of his guided tour to get us to a specific address on time, namely at 18.30 on the island of Sentosa. A yacht tour was waiting for us afterwards. That failed him thoroughly and we arrived 30 minutes=19.00 o'clock late , 119€ damage to us. There was no time management of the man. The man is not suitable as a tourist guide! He became entangled in contradictions that could already be described as conjectures, better known as lies. Quote Daryl: "A woman would have heard that the yacht tour would be cancelled due to bad weather" By the way, there was best boat excursion weather : no wind and no rain in sight He screwed up our Singapore stay thoroughly! It would have been no problem to shorten the city tour so that we are on time on Sentosa. I had trusted him for what I had to pay dearly! Never again.

Wir dulden jedoch kein schlechtes Zeitmanagement und bedauern, dass Ihnen dadurch zusätzliche Kosten für Ihre Yachttour entstanden sind, insbesondere nachdem Sie seinem Urteil vertraut haben. Obwohl Daryl ein erfahrener lokaler Reiseleiter ist, mit dem wir schon seit einiger Zeit zusammenarbeiten, werden wir uns direkt an ihn wenden, um die Angelegenheit zu klären und unsere weitere Zusammenarbeit sorgfältig zu prüfen. Wir entschuldigen uns nochmals aufrichtig für die Unannehmlichkeiten. Unser einziger Trost ist, dass Sie für Ihr Yachterlebnis gutes Wetter hatten. Joana was a great tour guide. She spend extra time with me, making sure that I saw all of the sites I was interested in.
Brian was a great guide. We had a few things we wanted to do, he took us there and assisted with tickets and waited while we visited the attractions. He also took us to Chinatown, where we went to 2 temples and ate at the oldest Hawker. He also made sure we got a cab back to our hotel. Great way to go if you have a list of what you want to do.
