Top Hotel super Low ein perfektes Service
The tickets got me into the Cloud Forest and Flower Dome as advertised. However, the listing made me think I was purchasing the tickets from Gardens by the Bay directly instead of a tour vendor, so I was a bit confused when I got the email with a link to the tickets attached from J S Tours. But everything worked in the end, and I was able to have a nice day at the Cloud Forest and Flower Dome. The waterfall in the Cloud Forest was a sight to see, although I thought there would be more clouds in the dome. I loved seeing the colorful tulips in the Flower Dome.
I cannot leave a realistic review as the Park was in chaos with a Networking function on & park closed for this! No one could tell me where this Viator trip was to meet so we ended up not seeing anything! I wrote and asked for a Credit but have heard nothing back! Not good when we had many Viator bookings over the course of our trip!
Great experience with lots of information on plants. Lots of sculptures and visual displays making it interesting. Cloud Forest was a lot of fun with the Jurassic theme and Waterfall was awesome 👌
We were never get the ticket. The code is not being accepted at the gate. Partner is in India. So seems that they are running a scam. So hard to get through and when you ask for refund, they reject it. SO DONT EVER BUY THIS DEAL!!!
HELLO SIR As per we found out we sent tickets through viator before the time as your selected time we tried to send on whats app but your number dosent registered on whats app you didnt checked your email if you did not recieved you can conatct given number call or you can contact with customer support your booking plateform !!!!
The Gardens by the Bay is all just amazing with so much to see but the Cloud Forest was absolutely incredible and the flowers in the Flower Dome …. Wow!! We spent a very long afternoon there!! What a wonderful experience!!
