We booked through Tripadvisor however it was an independent operator named YTS Holidays Co. Ltd via viator. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Book directly with the cloud forest/flower dome ticket office. We where sent tickets that where not valid and we wasted over 90 minutes trying to get valid tickets sent to us. The number provided for YTS was not in use so we had to call trip advisor in the US, god knows how much that 45 minutes cost me! AVOID AVOID AVOID.

These tickets were valid and successfully generated through the authorized ticketing system. I may be repeating these comments. The hour was excellent and the displays were beautiful just as advertised. Be prepared for walking.

The spaces are so gigantic no matter the time, even though that day on May 31, 2026, was hot!

We booked online a couple of days prior. Upon arrival we were told that the dome was closed for maintenance. We are really disappointed as there was no mention of this when booking and no refund offered in person or online. We never got to see the exhibit at all.

That’s not the experience we want for any guest. For closures and refunds on Gardens by the Bay E-Tickets, we follow the venue’s policy. Scheduled maintenance dates are set by Gardens by the Bay and should be communicated at the time of booking. Clearly that didn’t happen here, and we apologize for the inconvenience and lack of clarity.
Was nice but crowded and not that large inside, ok for a rainy day

Super bad experience as they use 3rd party and no contact or anything at all on google maps (scam) , the Viator also should have control over the 3rd party as well.
Hi, We are working past 11years ago with viator , not scam .There is no any issue like this. Also note we already arranged tickets and sent to your whatsApp,email & Viator message box.
What an amazing place, I was mesmerised. I have never seen anything like it. I would recommend to anybody visiting Singapore. Do not miss this place. My husband has bad knees and there were plenty of seats along the way. I will be going back again in December when I return, simply amazing and so relaxing.

The gardens were beautiful, except the flower dome was closed when we got there. They did give us tickets to the Supertree Grove. Instead otherwise the great tour!
