Upphämtningsplatser och tider
Ankomstupphämtning : Föraren kommer att hålla en skylt med ditt namn vid ”utgångsbältet för ankomsthallen” (utgångsbältet för glasdörrar) närmast det angivna bagagebandet för din flygning. Vi kommer att följa ditt flygs faktiska landningstid och vänta upp till 75 minuter från landad tid. Men om du vill begära en speciell upphämtningstid eller utforska inne på flygplatsen, vänligen informera oss i förväg innan ankomstdatum. Avgång : Upphämtning av alla kunder före flygets ankomsttid eller 4 timmar före avgångstiden till flygplatsen.

- Om du är okontaktbar efter väntetiden kommer det att betraktas som en 'no show'. Föraren kommer att lämna, och ingen återbetalning kommer att utfärdas.
- Ankomsttransfern följer flygets faktiska landningstid och väntar upp till 75 minuter från landad tid. Men om du vill begära en speciell upphämtningstid eller utforska inne på flygplatsen, vänligen informera oss i förväg innan ankomstdatum.
- Varje passagerare tillåts ett stort och ett litet bagage. För varje kolli som transporteras utöver den tillåtna standardvikten debiteras en avgift på 15 SGd per bagage.

Thomas was a very efficient. My flight landed early. When I disembarked Thomas had already messaged me that he was aware my flight was early and was on his way. He was waiting for me when I came out of the baggage area. He was very helpful and informative about what to do whilst in Singapore.

We had a great experience from this service. We were met at the airport with our name on the board. Our driver immediately took our luggage to load onto the trolley. A very professional service.
