We have traveled the world. Always using Viator. The guide was nice but literally had no knowledge. We knew more than her. Not happy at all This is not a good look for Viator. Disappointed

Our tours are designed to offer a casual, personal perspective of the city rather than a traditional, data-heavy historical tour, but we clearly fell short of delivering a valuable experience for you. Nice, casual introduction to Venice. AMA was very proactive in getting to us before the tour and made sure we got what we wanted for our tour.
Siena is a beautiful city! It was our first time there and we loved it! The tour with Paolo was very nice!
Martina was a terrific guide for our stroll through Siena. She took us to both the touristy areas and the off beat spots. Would gladly recommend her tour.
Martina is a very friendly and kind and knowledgeable guide. I had the best experience with her as she showed me the important sights and explained the history of Siena. It was a pleasure to spend some hours with her.
Giacomo guided me on a solo tour of Siena this afternoon and it was my best tour so far. He took me outside the city center to see some to other smaller churches and a spectacular view back to Siena from the north. He was very knowledgeable but also added in some of his personal experiences growing up there. It was fantastic and I highly recommend him as a guide. Steve
The guided tour is very expensive, as the guide lacks the necessary knowledge (history, dates, curiosities...) and also because of the low level of the Spanish language. Total disaster visiting, a misused and expensive afternoon.

Sobre los conocimientos históricos: en Lokafy, nuestros Lokafyers son habitantes locales que comparten su ciudad desde su propia perspectiva, en lugar de guías turísticos profesionales con licencia que ofrecen comentarios históricos estructurados. Muchos de nuestros Lokafyers conocen muy bien la historia de su ciudad, pero no podemos garantizar el nivel de detalle (fechas precisas, datos históricos exhaustivos) que ofrecería un guía profesional. Para viajeros cuya prioridad principal es ese tipo de información, un guía con licencia suele ser una mejor opción. Our guide was perfect and showed us Siena through the eyes of a local ! Recommended ! In addition, it gave us good tips for further explorations and restaurants.
Great local guide, who knew the history as well as anecdotes and made it interesting and fun, and I would highly recommend them... also was very helpful for a restaurant recommendations and other activities beyond the tour, which was much appreciated....I recommend him for fully for any group in englishor french
This was a great way to experience Siena. It was a private tour with just my husband and I and our local tour guide Jay! Jay was amazing and took us to places we would not have found on our own. He even helped us to make dinner reservations at local restaurants! Highly recommend this tour.
