Siem Reap City Tour
Beskrivning
Denna turné tar dig med på en historisk och kulturell rundtur i staden Siem Reap. Du kommer att se Wat Thmeis dödande fält, krigsmuseet, ett lokalt buddhistiskt tempel. Klockan 8:00 kommer vi att lämna och besöka Wat Thmeys dödningsfält, och visar skallarna från de röda khmerernas offer. Sedan fortsätter vi till Cambodia War Museum, samlingarna av vapen under Kambodjas inbördeskrig. Vi besöker också Wat Preah Prom Rath, Psar Chas och Artisan d’Angkor för att se den verkliga verkstaden av Khmer-konst.

Efter frukost på ditt hotell kommer vi och hämtar dig runt klockan 8 på morgonen. Vi kommer och hämtar dig antingen i en tuk-tuk, luftkonditionerad taxi eller minivan (beroende på dina specifikationer eller gruppstorlek) och tar dig till den lokala buddhistiska pagoden som heter Wat Thmey. Här kommer du att se Siem Reaps dödande fält. Du kan lära dig om grymheterna som inträffade under den brutala Röda Khmer-regimen.
Sedan går vi för att besöka Kambodjas krigsmuseum. Du kan lära dig om inbördeskriget och andra viktiga aspekter av den senaste khmerhistorien. Vi går sedan för att besöka en annan buddhistisk pagod i stadskärnan som heter Wat Preah Prohm Rath.
Det är en historisk och kulturellt betydelsefull plats som ligger i hjärtat av staden. Det byggdes 1904 under fransk protektoratperiod och fungerar som officiellt residens för den kambodjanska kungen när han besöker Siem Reap, även om det oftast är obebott. Du kommer också att kunna besöka de heliga helgedomarna, Preah Ang Chek och Preah Ang Chorm och den kungliga trädgården.
Wat Preah Prohm Roath, ett av de äldsta buddhistiska templen i Siem Reap stad, erbjuder en lugn tillflyktsort bara några steg från det livliga Gamla marknadsområdet. Med anor från över 500 år tillbaka har detta tempel en djup historisk och andlig betydelse för lokalbefolkningen.
Vi tar dig sedan till den gamla marknaden (Psar Chas) så att du kan se de dagliga livet för lokalbefolkningen gör sina affärer på en lokal marknad och göra några souvenir shopping.
Slutligen tar vi dig till de populära Artisans d’Angkor så att du kan se hur de har återupplivat lokala hantverk och även köpa dig en present eller två.
