This was a great excursion with great hosts. It took place during a thunderstorm which made the experience better since we were able to drive through puddles and creeks on the ATVs. We weren’t able to get to the waterfall due to the storm, but the guides found an alternative for us which was appreciated. My only complaint is that there was no one there to meet us at the pick up spot at the designated time. We spent about 20 minutes asking around to the other companies and a cab driver knew the owner and was able to coordinate transportation to a halfway point. This originally had us feeling a little uneasy since we got into a random vehicle at a gas station, but fortunately it was all good and we were taken to the ranch without issue. The staff were very friendly and the included food was delicious. We felt that we got a true DR experience by being on the ranch with the family. Once I mentioned the mixup about the transportation to the owner, he let me know that he messaged me on WhatsApp, which I appreciated, but wasn’t aware of until afterwards. My recommendation is that the owner provides direct contact information for customers so they can get in touch when situations like what we experienced arise. Overall, it was a fantastic experience with a great value. I would recommend.

Bring your own bandannas, goggles and some shoes you don’t mind getting wet and dirty. They served food at the end but you have to pay for your own drinks

This excursion was definitely one of the highlights of our trip! Meeting our guide was incredibly easy—they were waiting right outside the cruise port, and we took a short ride through the city to the ranch. Once we arrived, we were welcomed by a wonderful family, and the guides got everyone ready for an unforgettable ATV adventure through the countryside. The ride was beautiful, exciting, and definitely humbling at times! It was an amazing experience for both adults and kids. The waterfall was absolutely worth the trip. The views were stunning, and it was so refreshing to take a dip. The only thing I’d mention is that there were no life jackets available, so if you’re not a confident swimmer, keep that in mind. That said, I always felt safe because the guides stayed in the water with everyone and kept a close eye on the group, especially the kids. There was also a photographer capturing the experience, and we purchased the photo package. The pictures were emailed to us within 24 hours, which was a nice bonus. To top it all off, a delicious meal was waiting for us after the ride back. Honestly, it may have been the best chicken we had during our entire trip! I highly recommend this adventure to anyone looking for a fun, authentic, and memorable experience. We would absolutely do it again!

This excursion was a blast! The guides were great, and they had a photographer that captured some great moments! Lunch was also served at the end of the Excursion and consisted of chicken, rice, and tuna pasta salad. It was also a great way to meet new people!

Excellent tour. The ATV ride was in the coutryside and you truly were able to see the beauty of the DR. You are able to cool off under the waterfalls and the fresh water. Our driver Cesar was excellent. Our atv guide was excellent. Highly recommend.

This was so fun! Our driver Leandro was hilarious and the guides during the tour were so helpful! Our ship was behind schedule with docking so we ended up being about 15 minutes late, but they were so accommodating! To top it off, we ended the excursion with a delicious meal. Would definitely do this again!

ATV ride itself was amazing but our experience going to and from was very lack luster, driver took us back to the wrong hotel at first so yeah not great but ATV tour guide and photographer were great

I frequently travel to the Dominican Republic and this has been one of my very favorite tours. Leo our driver was so friendly and even stopped so I could buy some chicharrón. The tour guides took great care of us and the whole experience is so much fun and the waterfalls are beautiful. The food was delicious and the photographer captured so many great videos and pictures. I would do this tour every time I’m here. Great job and all are very professional and took excellent care of us.

I wanted to love this excursion but had red flags from the beginning when we had to walk through the police baracade to meet for our tour while every other tour met in the port. We then stopped at a museum that was pushing sales that we didn't sign up for. We didn't arrive to the site until well over an hour to next walk through an animal feces infested trail. The kids had to go to the bathroom, so we used their bathroom which had no running water, urine and fecal matter in the toilet, a non functioning toilet seat, and no soap or water to wash our hands. At that point, we we more concerned about contacting some sort of illness from such poor sanitary conditions that we knew we couldn't continue to eat food made in those condition. Furthermore, our van on the ride there was literally falling apart, bringing into question whether we could trust that the ATVs were safe to ride. The water was brown, likely at least in part due to animal feces so no way we were swimming in that. The driver was definitely the highlight for us... super nice and informative, plus we spent nearly 2 hours of our time with him driving from the port area to the museum to the ATV site and back to the port area.

Great experience with Anndy! Started with pickup in our own private vehicle, a quick stop downtown for a museum, cigar rolling, and local drink tasting, see umbrella street etc. then a relaxing ride to the countryside. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. The ATVs were in good shape and we had a blast going through lots of streams driving through villages. We were the only ones at the waterfall, which was beautiful. I did the waterfall jump and lived to tell the tale! Afterwards, we were covered in mud but smiling ear to ear, and his wife made us a local dish for lunch. Great experience!
