Shopping Trip till Toronto Premium Outlets

All round Wonderful ! Defo Book it ! From Start to Finish it was a great day out ! Well worth the trip !

We booked our tickets several months in advance, I had a copy of the tickets on my phone and a printed, when the driver arrived (a bit late) we weren’t on her list so she would not let us on the bus without checking with her office which took about 5 minutes. A person had also turned up without a ticket, it took a further 15 minutes for her to purchase a ticket through the app. We therefore didn’t arrive to the outlet until about 11.20 and had to leave at 4. The outlet opens at 10 and closes a lot later. I didn’t feel we had enough time to enjoy the day.

King Shuttle from Maple Leaf Square to Toronto Premium Outlet and back was a very convenient way to travel on this first snow storm day of 2020. Excellent service. Very punctual. The driver extremely polite. A very cautious driver, given the terrible road conditions due to the snow storm. Highly recommended. Would use it again.

Awful place hardly a shopping experience full of crap clothing insulting to expect people to spend 5 hours there an hour is sufficient

I booked the tour, my credit card was charged and I never got a response, either from viator tours or trip advisor, terrible experience with this Service in the app. Be careful that it is not a fraud and above all that trip advisor does not endorse it. Thank you.

Decided to book this as we had a free day in Toronto and a shuttle would be the best way of reaching the Outlet. The mini bus was late at least 10 minutes to pick us up in the morning, but that is understandable. Not a big deal. When’s arriving st the outlet I enquired about the VIP discount vouchers and the driver told me to get them from the customer services counter inside the outlet, so you don’t get on supplies by King’s Tours. We were told to be at the same place at 4:00pm to return to Toronto, which would work out perfectly as we had tickets to the ballet that night. We were there at 15:50 to make sure we wouldn’t miss the bus. To our surprise there was no bus, no one to communicate properly with us, and we only managed to find a way to get back to Toronto because another girls from our group saw me and told me that this guys there were preparing cars to take us back. A total mess, we were not informed of any changes before or even after the day. This is not how you treat clients. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone

My mom and I used the shuttle service last month to the outlets. Pick up is at 10:30 am sharp and located at Union station so it is very convenient to get to if travelling from outside of downtown. The trip to the outlets was quick, once arrived, we were given the meeting spot to go to for 4 pm departure. We got back to the meeting spot early but some people were late and there were no issues. Once everybody was settled we made way to downtown again, this leg was about 15 minutes longer due to traffic but that's obviously not a big deal. The driver was extremely kind and pleasant to talk to if you like to chat. Will be using service again!

We booked a Friday trip - out 10.30, back at 4.00. When we arrived at the outlet the driver told us that we cannot go back before 5.00. When we asked for an explanation he just continued to repeat “back at 5”. Really disrespect of people! We had other plans in Toronto that we now had to cancel. At least they should have informed us prior to leaving Toronto

<p>We booked this for our first day in Toronto and after waiting 45mins for the bus we found out it wasn't coming due to traffic and they sent an SUV however it couldn't hold everyone so we all had to wait for a second car - we got to the mall at 12.30pm and then were left with no confirmation of pick up time due to the missing bus, we all agreed to meet at 4pm the original time but it didn't show so after a phone call by a local we eventually found out the pick up was at 5pm - shopping was great but service really was not.</p>

<p>In comparison to other outlets I have been to this one is very small, found out there is another one further out and offers a free shuttle from union station, so if you want to travel a little out go for Vaughan, if not this is ok,good time to go though because shops were empty.</p>
